Knightsbridge store is terrible
I would give the Knightsbridge store zero stars. I ordered a custom color cape in February with an estimated two week delivery. No one contacted me on any delays as the manager Jennah was on holiday. I followed up three time and I haven’t received the cape. I have a requested a refund as I don’t want it in summer but no replies. This is over £1000.

Delivery company did a bad job.
I ordered a sweater and heard that it had been shipped. After that nothing until a request to review my experience. At this point communication with the company began and it finally emerged through photographic evidence that the delivery company- Hermes - had left the package at the wrong house.so the error was that of Hermes although Piazza Castello had chosen this company. They did however manage to resolve the issue.

We have a photo from the courier of it being handed to you or a family member at your front door. We have cross-checked this with Google Maps to ensure it was delivered to the correct house / front door - it was.
