I came to the shop last week and it was a lovely experience! The employees there were so nice and very helpful but the most important thing is the quality of their items, it is unbelievably good! I bought many things and they still look like brand new. Definitely will be back!

Not honorable
I was told when I entered the shop that there was a 30% discount on all items in the shop. When I tried several items, the owner/manager told me that he would give me additional discounts (additional 10% or more) on some of the items. It was my fault for not checking, but when I got home, I discovered that he had only given me the ‘standard’ 30% discount on all items. I bought over £2,500 of goods (before discount) from the shop and felt ‘cheated’ after spending so much. He was not honorable. Whilst the products are nice, I’m afraid I will not be going back nor can I recommend the shop.

Having spoken to the sales representative and looked at the order, you were given a £750 discount (30%) on your order as you were purchasing a number of items which we feel is already generous. Check the price of your purchase before u pay
Make sure you check all the prices are right, including display prices before you leave the store. I shopped at the Chelsea location. The quality of the clothes is good. They are stylish as well. There is a male staff who is friendly and helpful. However, there is one girl who is sort of pushy and not too kind. She didn’t bring the prices right even though the price is right on the tag. So please check all of your purchase and price right at the store before you pay to save a trip to go back to fight for refund and their ridiculous excuse of items cannot be returned even within 3 days. Good quality clothes , unfortunately the staff seems not honest .

Dear Jin, we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the outcome of your recent visit to our Chelsea store to return a number of the items your purchased. As it clearly states on your receipt and in our Terms & Conditions, we offer a 7-day refund on all unused items.
There was a brief misunderstanding with regard to what discount you were offered when you first visited the store and the refund was immediately issued to you when you revisited the store on the 17th November.
All our staff have the authority to issue discounts where they see fit (as they did with you) and although there may have been a bit on confusion, there is no question of their honesty or professionalism.
We hope you enjoy the cashmere items you decided to keep and this mixup doesn’t prevent you revisiting us in the future.
