Impeccable Service
I had a down jacket that I had doubts about sending to the dry cleaner because it had black grease on it but they managed to clean it without damaging the lining or the feathers. They were very timely with picking the laundry up and droppin it off in the specified time interval.

Hi Jiaming Chen, I am sorry to hear about your experience, I have checked your email against your order and I can confirm your trousers were not missing and that you were advised that it will be returned the following day. The reason your trousers were returned later was it required a second wash. Also, I must state you did not report a stain on your jacket. You had two jackets, One Puffa Jacket and a Blazer Jacket. We are happy to have a look at them and re-clean them.

Reliable service
The delivery guy was right on time if not early to be honest, to collect and drop off my laundry. My things came back smelling fresh. Amazing service. They didn’t take long with my clothes at all. I’m a very happy customer.
