They charged me £30 for pick and drop…
They charged me £30 for pick up and drop off without even informing. At the time of refund they conveniently sent me an email saying they will be charging me £30 . I disputed that on email to which they haven’t even bothered replying. I even told them it’s unfair and £30 is too much , also offered to pay out of goodwill £15 but they didn’t even bother replying and have just taken my £30.
Word of caution - be careful with them because they don’t stand by their words .

Hi Priyanka, you know your review is incorrect. You book for Laundry Alteration and our Driver picked up only for you to ask us to return the item because you had a change of mind. We advised that we will have to charge you £30 for time wasting and that if you return in the future like you promised it will be a credited to your order. You agreed to everything on paper only to give us a negative review.
We have taken time to also check trust pilot reviews and discovered that Priyanka goes about writing misleading negative reviews. All the reviews she has written are all negative and similar.
