Never ever order flowers as you will be highly disappointed 😔. I placed an order on 29/9/17 for delivery on 1/10/17. Next day I saw my account has been charged twice for the same order . I called on the help line & was attended by the most unprofessional customer service agent with no outcome. I called back again next day & spoke to another agent who put me on hold twice & never returned on the call & left me on hold . Finally today when The flowers were meant to be delivered I was informed by the recipient that they never received the flowers. Once again I called the help line & was informed that the florist don't have any flowers to deliver today .... seriously??? This company is a scam, they are Indian based (later realized that) and they are not returning emails and are totally unprofessional. They have delivered the flowers with 3 days of delay and they didn't give me back a refund. So I spoke with my bank and they charged back the transaction.

Don't fall for there lies. They deliver the wrong flowers with the wrong vase and they keep giving me the runaround about "customer service" and "give us 24 hours." Still waiting after 5 days. Now they say they did there best given the circumstances and are offering me a 15% refund for committing fraud.
Go to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and tell them exactly what happened.
Go to the website of the Better Business Bureau in the USA and do the same thing. Pickup Flowers have an office in the USA.
The Pickup Flowers website has a chat function and you can save the chat summery by sending it to your email. Save all the chats and their emails. Use it with the complaint at the FBI and the BBB.

Ordered flowers to be sent to South Africa, on the delivery day I was informed the flowers I requested were not available, I wasn't happy but agreed to more roses instead, a few hours later I received an email saying they couldn't deliver them! I cancelled the order and asked for a refund for which I am still waiting! Have called the helpline and got an Isaac who was just intent on mumbling that it takes time, couldn't get any other info from him! Fuming!

I ordered flowers online June 30. On July 1 was told they were not available and asked to switch. I said no ( substitute wasn't even close to what was ordered) and asked to cancel order per their website representation "Refund or replace, if not satisfied". Followed up July 2 and was told in an on-line chat that order had been cancelled and refund issued. In fact they charged me on July 4 (credit card payment to "Gifting Inc - Pickup Flo, Wilmington DE") and haven't issued a refund. Followed up July 18 (telephone call with 415-315-9697 which is CA not DE) and was told there were "technical issues with payment gateway". Have since researched and found that this company may be scamming lots of people. See the reviews on trustpilot, sitejabber and complaintsboard. (I can't post the links on this site).
It's a scam site, but you have recourse.
Search "flowers" here on TrustPilot, and you'll find online florists with great reputations. Wish I'd done that first. PU Flowers took my money, didn't deliver and didn't refund. I think the three same people are the whole company. They have one phone number for ordering or for "customer service". And they answer (if they feel like it) but I think it's in case there is an order. When they do answer, "Hello?" expect a runaround.
Fortunately, my bank returned my money under its fraud protection program. The fraud specialist said he was familiar with this kind of site. He said the company probably gets some flowers delivered but with a Ponzi-style hitch--it's likely unprocessed orders are built into their income stream. The FBI's IC3 program has a great online form for making a criminal complaint. It helps to keep records of all your correspondence.

Pickup Flowers? Never again
I ordered a rose to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It was to be a surprise. I was very excited and spent the 14th February checking the status, only to be told - no, we can only deliver on 15th February.
That was the first disappointment - it was a rose for Valentine's Day, not the 15th February! Plus I knew that the recipient would be leaving for a trip on 15th February.
I then started the charade of 'live chat' with Pickup Flowers. I must have talked to around six or seven people, and every time they promised me the same thing. They would find out exactly when the flower was delivered, and who received it. Because the recipient did NOT receive it. It wasn't even dead on his doorstep when he returned from his trip.
To this day I have not received an answer. And the recipient still does not know about my gesture. Pickup Flowers? Never again.

I have been ordering for the last 10 years from a reliable flower online delivery. Unfortunately their site was down so I needed to find an alternative for delivery on April 20th. Had to place the order before the Easter holiday. Found pickupflowers online which I can say now was the biggest mistake. Despite ordering more than a week before delivery, they never delivered on the requested date of April 20th, my mom's birthday. Totally disappointed. Tried folowing up every single day since my order was placed. Customer service through email is very unresponsive. Live chat representative had no sense of urgency. Both channels always reply with "We will check with our supplier and get back to you." What a scam! They charged my credit card immediately after I placed the order when the flowers have not been delievered yet. So I told the Live Chat guy that I have no time for this BS so I cancelled the order and called my credit card company to revoke this transaction. Don't ever use this scam company. Always go with your trusted, tried and tested service provider.
