Call centre is useless n clueless , delivery very poor , quality bad

Call centre is useless n clueless .
Probably base out of Philipines .
Asked for early delivery , flowers came in late afternoon before she left to go home . It would of ruined Valentine's Day or any special event . Flower weren't that great either . Disappointing, I never will use this florist again .
I would Google and read their website before any purchases.

KEEP CLEAR!!!!! This is a con site that does not keep up to their promise and you will have a disappointed family member!

Placed an order for a valentines gift for my wife. The products are very expensive for what they are! They charge a premium for events such as valentines so prices go up even more! Order earlier than 4 days or you get whacked with delivery fees also! I paid quite a lot for valentines treats for my wife, but it never was delivered. After contacting support through the websites "live chat" and waiting over an hour to be spoken to, they take 10-30 minutes to reply to any message from myself. I am fed up already after 3 hours and will call the bank tomorrow to see if i can get my money back from the fraudulent site..... I wish I checked the reviews before as it does not have a single good one!

it was really a waste of time and …

it was really a waste of time and money!!!! they did not deliver on time the cake I ordered a week before my desired delivery date to my family in the Philippines! and the last two orders I made with them,,,they don't have the flowers they advertised on the website..they were ugly and not presentable when my family showed me the pictures of the flowers they received to this people. customer service is horrible!...please don't waste your time and money to this people..i will report them to business bureau!

Avoid avoid avoid

Poor customer service and inconsistent delivery. First order was delayed by four days, and second was due today but has not arrived. Avoid this company at all costs; support agents do not reply to messages if given hard questions, and do not understand plain English.

Flowers NOT delivered, sloppy customer service, still no refund or resolution

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, the day before her birthday. The website confirmed that the flowers would arrive on her birthday. Her birthday was yesterday, and the flowers still haven't arrived. I tried the chat function on their website to ask about it, and no one has responded. I emailed their customer service and got a very lazily written (i.e., unprofessional, grammatically sloppy) response, saying that they have to check with their local supplier. I've written back that their supplier relations are something they need to manage internally, not something with which they should inconvenience their customers. Still no response -- no resolution or refund.

Now I'm regretting not checking reviews before using this crappy company. One star, one star, one star, horror stories all over. No wonder their Facebook page doesn't have space for reviews.

Cant find my purchase

Charged my credit card, but told my purchase is invalid. Contacted the customer service and was not given a solution. Just keep asking me to send email or request to cancel. But my card was charged for no reason, and they came back telling me my purchase is invalid! no solution and i cant get back my money!

So i ordered flowers for a funeral …

So i ordered flowers for a funeral overseas and did not do a search as I wanted to give a little peace to those grieving by sending some nice flowers. Wow. This was the wrong company to choose. After going back and forth on the Chat and them keep telling me they will be delivered by the end of the day (each time I chatted with them) they were never delivered. Not only that I got double billed for one set of flowers. The final email that i got was as follows:

We regret to inform you that lbc courier informed us that the given address is not covered for door to door delivery. Instead recipient will going to collect the flowers at the nearest lbc branch to there place.

So they want me to pick them up. Interesting as I ordered flowers to be delivered. Needless to say I tried to cancel several times. In the end I called my credit card company to report as fraud. We will see if I get my money back.

Run away as fast as you can

Run away as fast as you can. Scam website!

Charged my credit card multiple times.
Paid extra for same day delivery. Never delievered, and customer service team go missing after a few emails when you ask for a refund or ask to checkup the status of your order.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

The worst company I have ever had the …

The worst company I have ever had the unpleasure to deal with in my life. Ordered and payed for an express next day delivery, the order arrived 9 days later having been in a couriers delivery van in the heat of the Philippines for a whole 8 days both day and night. Flowers went right on the compost heap. The only good thing is I paid with PayPal so still hoping to get my money back.

Please avoid this company that's a go between only, deal with an actual flower seller,,,,, not even there customer service can help you all they do is send emails to someone else and they NEVER respond to you. I can only warn you.

pathetic service and they are just …

pathetic service and they are just fooling you. never fall prey to them , they ruined my plan and i have paid 112 USD for the pathetic service. and my order was not delivered and never they refunded. i spent whole day chatting and calling there chat agents and finally end of the day they sent me a fake email stating my order is delivered. when i said it is not received they told me it will take another 48hrs to investigate and even after that i never received . you will feel like a fool after you go thru this site , so better dont have that feeling like i do now. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE>>>>>>

AWFUL SERVICE!!!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I placed an order online to be delivered on a certain date. I never got a confirmation email so I contacted them through their chat, where an apparently nice girl told me not to worry as everything was in order and the order was going to be delivered as requested. I insisted on the confirmation email and she said yes, I was supposed to receive it the very next day. I didn't, but I didn't insist as she was kind of nice the previous day so I decided to trust what she had said. Wrong!!! The flowers were delivered 10 days before the requested date!!! My friend was out on a trip and by the time she came back home the flowers were obviously dead. I tried to contact them again to fill a complaint and ask for a refund and I got no answer, zero. I have honestly hardly found such a terrible costumer service in any company, I am so upset and displeased! I regret so much not having read the already existing reviews before I placed my order, now that I'm writing mine I found tons of bad reviews. Do not order from this place, never ever!

Atrocious company.

Paid for a bunch of flowers to be delivered on a certain day. I was actually promised the day before they were due to arrive by 'Sheryl' that they would be delivered on time 'don't worry' and of course, no sign of them
Tried to get my money back, tried to get an answer even and no.. they couldn't give a damn. The rudest coldest CS I have ever come across. But you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Simple
Be wary of a 'CS' agent called Sheryl. A liar who promises you the sun moon and stars and just walks away from any of those promises when they don't happen (And they won't, be sure) without a care in the world about you.
It's my goal to stop these people trading now. Bunch of liars and swindlers

I placed 2 orders- a dozen red roses …

I placed 2 orders- a dozen red roses and a basket of fruit- 2 weeks before my Mom's 85th birthday. The date of delivery was very specific. Nothing came on her birthday. The roses came the next day, WILTED. Then I received an email that my orders had been delivered but the basket of fruit was missing. 4 days later, a damaged smelly LBC box was delivered with rotten fruits! What kind of business is this? When I was trying to talk to their CS (4x) and asking for a refund, I was given a run around. Disappointed, frustrated and angry,I called my cc company and disputed the charges. They gave me back my money after hearing me out, but not this flower company. Totally unacceptable, this company shouldn't be in business. My recommendation? NEVER deal with this company. You will be very VERY DISAPPOINTED.

the website pickupflowers.com did offer Live Chat and lots of choice with beautiful photos displayed on their website, but DON'T place order to them. I have checked with them very clearly and confirmed the address and the gift that i want to purchase can deliver properly. And I placed the order 2-month before, although there were few contact numbers on the website, but all call in will put to Indian English speakers and there will be no supports, unfriendly feedback, wasting your time and they will hang up your call. Which were totally unacceptable. And of course, the gift that i ordered was never deliver to the address!!!

A day late, but arrived.

I ordered from pick up flowers, but did not receive any confirmation email. Drop the customer service a mail, “Nikki” responded and even called me to assure me its processed and will be delivered. But I decided to check the reviews and wow, I was shocked. Tried to cancel my order. Didn’t work cause it was processed he said.

Since it was too important for me to miss the delivery, I decided to **** it and order somewhere else too. The next day, indeed no flowers arrived. Drop “Nikki” another email asking for a refund. “Nikki” said to give them some time to check with the supplier. So I decided it was bad luck and forget it.

Then the next day, my girl actually showed me a photo of the bouquet and bear that I ordered from them! It actually looks good! So trust or not? I’m not sure, guess I was lucky.

TLDR: order came a day late, but still arrived in good shape.

If there is half star i would rate this website half star. This website is a complete fraud. I ordered but never had the package delivered. They neither refunded back my money. They even stopped replying to any of my messages. I do not advice anyone to buy from them flowers. They must be reported as scam and be forbidden by google becuase they simply do not exist.
