I ordered flowers for my mom, who lives overseas, for Mother’s Day. I ordered early to make sure the flowers are delivered on time. My mom never received her flowers so I had to follow up multiple times before someone responded to me and I requested for a full refund from them to which they agreed but never acted on. The flowers got delivered 9 days later and were not even the flowered I had ordered, they were sad looking and droopy. My mom was so upset with them and refused to accept the flowers as I had already asked for refund. To this day, after multiple email follow ups, I still haven’t seen any money being refunded. Absolutely disgusted!!!

After 2x days of continious following up on an order that was supposedly delivered the flowers were delivered. Im afraid your external supplier let you down Pickupflowers.com even though you made right, unfortunately it was a bad experience.

Nice organization and great job they contact me immediately when the recipient not answer to guaranty the delivery. It was an amazing experience. Thanks a lot for all 😍

Dreadful Service. I have already complained about my flowers being delivered 2 days late, after the company ensured Me they would arrive on time. I offered to cancel my order if they could not be delivered on my specific date. But foolishly I trusted them when they promised to deliver. I have since discovered that they didn't even send my flowers with a gift card & My words. My relative had to phone the delivery people to discover who they were from!. Can only strongly advise against using Pickupflowers - Never again. I have requested a full refund, but of course Customer services seem to be ignoring me again. Be warned.

I have used this website recently (July and August 2022) twice and had no problems. The only slightly unfortunate aspect is they take longer delivering to more rural areas, and you can't ever get a very specific delivery date or time. But everything else has been perfect. Rather cheap prices, and the items have all been exactly as pictured once delivered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM!! Firstly they told me the items I ordered weren't available and tried to offer substandard alternatives, secondly it says customer service is 24/7 but they never reply to emails or online live chat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Thanks to giftnideas for delivering delicious cake on time ..I love how well the cake was packed also how prompt respond did they give on our query .. everything was perfect. I will definitely do order more in future and will recommend everyone it’s easy, reliable and trustworthy.

I have to say that Sarah at pick up flowers was most helpful and the flowers that were delivered to my wife in Thailand were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for your follow up phone calls.

Used them to send a gift for the next and it was delivered on time and as expected.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 20 Dec for 30 Dec delivery , delivery was never made, after multiple attempts to contact customer service a few days later they replied and offered 10% discount. They never delivered never give discount never responded again no refund.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 20 Dec for 21 Dec delivery in Norway. Delivery was not until 29th Dec and was not what I ordered and flowers different colour etc and looks very cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.

I found pick up flowers a very good florist to deal with. There was a small hiccup with my order which was rectified with a better display than originally. Customer service was fantastic.

Further to my earlier review, I would like to mention that the customer service team emailed me to say that they will re-deliver the item so I agreed. I couldn't believe the service rendered. The item ( Delightful Dryfruit box) were packed in plastic sheet and placed on a yellow plastic tray was delivered

This online shop is robbers they show you good stuff and deliver very cheap one. I have ordered lilies bouquet and honey almond cake which was altogether of £50.they have delivered £10 to £15 worth of cake and flowers.a low quality cake which was hardly 6”.don’t waste your money here.it is better to send money to your loves one so at least they can buy whatever they like

The worst experience ever! I’ve placed an order on May 1st to be delivered on May 9th in Germany. Flowers were not delivered. Customer support can not provide any adequate information on where the flowers are and why they were not delivered.

Update: the flowers were delivered one day later, on the evening of May 10th. It was completely different arrangement. Very disappointed. Will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers from UK. To be delivered in Thailand. Didn't expect much or them to even arrive but. They were delivered on time. Same dat requested and were as ordered. Can't honestly fault them good customer service also

I ordered a flower bouquet and a fruit basket for a grieving friend in Denmark. None of the items were delivered on the original date 20 March, even though the main reason why I decided to chose this website was the quick delivery date. On live chat, an agent promised that the items would be delivered two days later, both on the same date. However:
- One item was delivered but one day after the promised date;
- For the other item, they updated my account showing it as "delivered". It was NOT. They sent me an e-mail 3 days later to say "there is a problem with your order". I had to contact them back and heard the item had not even been processed/delivered yet, they were waiting for my confirmation for their local partner to START processing it. Today is March 26 and I am still waiting. They guaranteed that it will be delivered tomorrow. I sincerely doubt it.
Will NEVER use their services again because they are unreliable and unprofessional. And it is not even a holiday or busy season!

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers ... not delivered. Cannot get hold of anyone from the disgraceful company. Why did I not check the reviews first! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM!!

Update. Today I have received an almost full refund. So I’m happy about that. Doesn’t alter the fact that my Mum didn’t have Mother’s Day flowers but heyho. Will not be using this company again though.
