Dermot and Theresa and all the Pinergy staff I've dealt with are very helpful and really go beyond to make sure the customer needs are met, all of my dealings with the company have been positive, I couldn't ask for more.

Great savings great service
I rang to top up my pinergy meter. After doing so the agent (chris) made me aware of a diacount of 10% off my bills for a 12 month contract. I was delighted to accept and the discount has no hidden fees.
I wasn't expecting it and every discount is welcomed in the current climate we find ourselves in. I have never had a single issue regarding pinergy in the 5 years im with them. You're never left waiting on the line for long (they always answer within a minute or two and the staff/agents know and answer all questions.
Great service provider.

Once I got my system installed they seem to stop caring. 3 times they promised to call back but it never happened.
From the initial salesperson to the roofers then the electricians and finally the office staff Pinergy have been a dream to deal with. I highly recommend dealing with them. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

Excellent Customer Service
The consultant (Malcolm) who called for the site visit was very knowlegable and professional and corrected inaccurate information which was provided by other suppliers. We had a very constructive consultation on site. Mind you Malcolm can be a little difficult to reach by phone but otherwise, 5 stars.
In completing my application I had difficulty with the SEAI website so I called the Pinergy office to see if they could help. I was very fortunate to get through to Theresa who was able to solve the problem very quickly. Theresa is a lovely person to deal with and is also very knowlegable, professional and polite. Definitely 5 stars to Theresa for excellent customer service.
I'm hoping the installation goes as well as my experience to date and I will update this review when that is complete.
