Excellence and Quality
The support and service received from Pinergy from first contact (enquiry) through installation to completion has been professional, respectful and supportive. Investing in solar panels is a big commitment, especially when you are retired. The whole team have recognised how worrying that can be and have been patient and helpful in moving this project forward to our satisfaction. We had a problem post-installation, and the team were helpful, following through from reporting to solution with professionalism, actively working to resolve.
I would recommend Pinergy to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding Support with a Friendly Touch
I had a great experience with the customer service lady Theresa who assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient throughout our conversation. She answered all my questions clearly and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was fully resolved. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There is sales and support back up on a technical basis
Experienced technical issues this morning and contacted the company I was directed to the correct department immediately. The support assistant took down all the details and made clear that she would book a ticket for repairs to be made either remotely or buy a visit. The company is doing a great job in its response to customers, in my opinion, and shows that it values their custom and their continued business.
