Whilst I am a longstanding customer, as with several recent reviews, the returns process is plainly very poor. 25 calendar days (17 business days) since my parcel was received as returned (verified via DHL app) and no refund has been issued. Evidently, returning funds is neither an imperative nor priority, even for repeat buyers. In addition, no returns labels were provided and had to be requested via customer service.

I had to return the order, no return shipping label was provided in the package (I had to print it mysefl), and the retrun shipment is taking forever. Having such a cumbersome and slow return process leaves you with less desire to buy again.

I’ve received jeans with defect in the denim layering… after that one of the buttons of the trousers felt as well . At this price tag this is totally unacceptable!
