First class packaging, quality, material, and workmanship. However, I ordered a size 36 belt, thinking American sizes I guess. The belt was too big, I’m sending it back for the next smaller size which American size would be 34.

The clothing seems ok, but the prices are egregiously higher than other 'made in Italy' brands whose garment quality excels and surpasses the quality of Pini Parma garments.

To give some examples:
Example 1)
Luca Faloni jersey linen t-shirt - $165 (the jersey linen fabric goes through an aloe wash for maximum softness)
Pini Parma jersey linen t-shirt - $258 (no mention is made of any aloe washing of the jersey linen fabric)

Example 2)
Luca Faloni 100% linen button-up shirt - $260 (made with a paramontura, one-piece collar as well as mother-of-pearl buttons, this shirt exhibits attention to detail which exudes undertated elegance and an attention to detail which is unparalleled by Pini Parma)
Pini Parma 100% linen button-up shirt - $248 (slightly lower price but at this price point, buttons should be nothing less than mother-of-pearl. Also, no one-piece paramontura collar)

Example 3)
Luca Faloni 100% linen drawstring pants - $245
Pini Parma 100% linen drawstring pants - $315

Again, both brands are 'made in Italy'. In my opinion the Pini Parma garments are no better than that of Luca Faloni, and actually, I would say the Pini Parma garments are falling behind that of Luca Faloni garments, yet Pini Parma is charging prices that are exorbitantly higher.

Partly excellent products with high quality. However, the cuts are sometimes a bit too slim for muscular men, which makes many of the jackets difficult to wear. Overall though, the products are really great.

What is absolutely not acceptable, however, is the return process. It takes far too long to receive a refund — really much longer than it should. Other companies handle this much better. That is honestly the only real criticism I have here.

Very high quality product and the absolute best customer service. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they quickly resolved all my issues.

I discovered Pini Parma through social media because I truly appreciate Italian style and quality fabrics. With an upcoming event ahead, I decided to visit the Brussels boutique to get professional advice and assistance in choosing the right outfit combinations.

While the online collection offers many beautiful colors and combinations, I was a bit disappointed by the very limited sizing and colors available in-store, especially for shoes and blazers. What also surprised me was that, after making a fairly significant purchase, I still had to pay €15 shipping to have my trousers delivered once they had been adjusted to the correct length. Since I live quite far from the boutique, I felt this could have been included as part of a more premium customer service experience.

I’m also used to boutiques offering a more welcoming hospitality experience — even small gestures like offering a drink can make a difference. Overall, I expected a bit more in terms of experience, service, and hospitality to match the elegant image of the brand.

No reply when trying to get in touch with customer serivce. I have tired email, WhatsApp and Messenger. No reply.

i placed this order over 4 days ago and i send an email about why they do not ship the order, despite the fact that the items are in stock acording to their own website . so far no answer and no tracking number for my items. they promise they ship within 48 hours but they clearly do not . i contacted the store in brussels and they told me that i would get a phone call but that has also not happened yet . very bad service so far . I am not sure if they want to steal my money or if they are just slow and do not deliver what they promise . PINI PARMA : SEND OUT MY ORDER PLEASE.

Personal and informative service. Accurate, relevant and immediate.

Today marks the 22nd calendar day and the 16th business day since Pini Parma received the return of my products, and I still have not received my refund of €2,500.

After 14 calendar days had passed, I contacted them regarding the refund and was told to wait patiently, as according to their policy they have 14 business days, not calendar days, to process the refund, and that they were still within the allowed timeframe.

After the deadline stated in their own policy had passed — namely 14 business days — they stopped replying to my emails, and I still have not received my money back.

Ordered something 30 days ago and returned it after just 1 day given that it was the wrong size. Still haven't my refund back. Pure scam of a shop, they just don't care about customers at all. They just care about having instagram paid ads all over the place.

Had to start a ligitation process with my credit card against this FRAUD.

Excellent service from pini parma, leather grain trainers arrived as specified, beautifully packed with everything you would expect, only one thing missing ( shoe horn ).
