Shirt was beautiful and fit perfectly

I have come across Pini Parma last Winter and placed my first order with them and since then I have fall in love with them.

They take your order up to another level and spray them with a perfume that has a very nice scent when you open your package.

Keep something in mind that most of their pants come with a tailor manual to fix your pants in the way you prefer.

One last thing I would like to mention is that I returned two items for two different orders both were returned and they were free of charge keep in mind I live overseas and not even within the European Union.

Pini Parma deserves 5 out of 5 stars on two major components of its business.

1. High quality Italian tailoring, both in terms of aesthetic and construction.
- The fabrics are exceptional from reputable mills. Their textured fabrics are simply outstanding. Since we're in Spring/Summer, here I would single out Pini's linen and their wool/silk/linen blends. Simply the best here.
- Details you rarely see at this price point, a very strong Italian tailoring logic.
- Fit and cut are just the handsomest and stylish Italian silhouettes.
- Value for what you purchase is very high, especially when you compare to more expensive brands. Really strong Italian tailoring where you don't pay luxury brand prices.

2. Customer Service
- I've only ever had excellent service with Pini. I've mostly interacted with Federica and Cedric, who are quick to communicate, super friendly, and give great styling tips, as well.

Most of my wardrobe is from Pini Parma. The quality of the fabrics and the Italian craftsmanship are exceptional for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value.

Communication with customer service is thw worst i have seen in this level of brand, its a shame the delivery & return system because the quality of the product is very good.

Exceptional products when it comes to clothing. I recently ordered a pair of shoes as well, so I’ll try those out and update my review afterward.

Customer service is friendly when they respond. Unfortunately, I never received a reply through WhatsApp, and nearly a third of my emails have gone unanswered. Even when they do respond, it can sometimes take several days.

If you think you may run into sizing issues or need to make a return, as I did, that is something to keep in mind. However, if you already know your size, have purchased from them before, and do not expect much communication with customer service, I would still recommend them. I do want to emphasize that when they do respond, they are very helpful. The issue is simply that they are not always responsive.

This is coming from someone who has purchased many of their products and has been a loyal customer for a long time.

I highly advise the business not to let poor communication from customer support damage its brand and reputation. Their products are fantastic, and it would be a shame for that to undermine the overall customer experience.

The jacket fits like was made to measure.Fabric is perfect.
But I think nowadays you schould consider slightly wider trouser legs

I absolutely love these pants! I matched the fabric content from a much more expensive pair of pants from a high end Italian designer and I’m thrilled with them! Plus, service was awesome too!

Excellent service as ever form Pini Parma. My white shirt looks and fits great. I'm a man who likes to look good, and brands like Pini Parma help me with that.

Honestly this company is horribly arrogant and unorganized. Everything they do is centered around them with very little regard for the customer. The return process is horrible takes almost a month to get your money back, all custom fees are paid for by YOU and any issues that arise from it, the customer service takes roughly 4-6 days on average to even return a email. It’s so crystal clear that they could give 0 crap about the people buying from the brand.
