I run small business and Pirate Ship has kept my shipping costs in check. It’s super easy and convenient. There will be months that I don’t need to ship anything so not having to pay a monthly fee is perfect and awesome for me. I pay to ship and don’t have to make trips to the post office. A big win!

We learned about Pirate Ship from a shipping logistics coordinator from USPS. We'd had mixed experiences with other shipping platforms in our former business, but when we started the Dietz Foundation (non-profit), having a shipping platform that was cost effective, efficient, and had great customer service was critically important. Pirate Ship customer service is exceptional, and they do everything in their power to assist in the rare instances that something goes wrong. UPS and USPS are the two carriers we most consistently use for domestic deliveries, and I appreciate being able to compare rates all on the same screen. The supplemental package insurance available through Pirate Ship is straight-forward and affordable, and the $1 per $100 of coverage makes it very easy to calculate the most economical/appropriate combination of carrier rate and package insurance.

We have also utilized their Simple Export Rate for smaller packages going internationally. On average, we save around $20 PER PACKAGE as compared to the rates from our usual international shipper (which are very good!) if the package qualifies for Pirate Ship Simple Export Rate.

Overall, Pirate Ship has a HUGE improvement over what we used to do. For a small organization, especially a non-profit one, ever little bit we can save on costs is that much more we can put toward helping teachers and students!

I have been using Pirate Ship for over 5 years, no up front cost, easy to use, and super convenient. If your an online seller more money in Your Pocket. Not the seller platforms that are all trying to get you to buy postage from them so they can take more of our hard earned money. I have had an online bussiness for 15 years now again Pirate Ship for all your postage need!

I use pirate ship almost every day. It has saved me a boat load of money. I only used customer service when I first started and my problem was quickly taken care of. I wish they included FEDEX as an option but I've learned to live without them.I've been using Pirate ship for a few years. I've told several people about Pirate Ship. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The shipping prices are great to begin with but then you can compare them with different options and pick the best one for your needs. I ship dolls all over. It gets very expensive to places like Australia or Canada or the UK . With pirate ship collectors can afford to get an item they want. It helps create multiple sales a year instead of just one. There’s a big difference between $45 yo ship or $80 with post office or another company., the ease of canceling a label if I’ve made a mistake is great. Totally enjoy using pirate ship
