1 star is too much for this company.
Clothes look great online but when you get them it's just rubbish. You would better quality at the local market.
You cannot contact them it just goes round in a circle. Paid through PayPal just in case. Returned clothing in time on 18th January... Still waiting for a refund and to date have received no response from them even through PayPal. Do Not Order from here unless you are prepared to lose money and be entirely disappointed

When is somebody going to do something about this company all they do is take people's monies they advertise under several names and paying by pay pal is no guarantee of a refund

If I could rate a ZERO!!!, I would!!!,, Placed an order in December 2020, paid extra to receive 11 items by Christmas!!!!!,, Well its Feb 12,, I’ve written 11 or 12 times, asking where are my items???,, There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!,, They certainly had NO PROBLEM TAKING THE MONEY FROM MY BANK!!!!,, I have proof!!!!!,,, $132.70 was taken from my bank account on 12/21/2020,, Was guaranteed my items would ship out in 2 days!!!!!,, Bullcrap!!!!!,, they took my money,, and I got screwed!!!,, There is No PIU FASHION LOOK !!!!!!!,, Buyers BEWARE!!!!!,,, I will be making a trip to my bank tomorrow to file a claim!!!!! Ohh, one more thing,, when I tried to log back into the site,, I was told I had MY INFORMATION DID NOT EXIST!!!!!,, I never received a confirmation, but they sure got paid!!!!!!!,, Ohhhh,, I am so ANGRY!!!!!!!!

Ordered Jan 2021 no order confirmation received took my money when I check on my account no record of the item they took money for. Customer service web page doesn't exist. Don't order from this site they take your money then no record of your order. Customer service does it exist.

A sham company with a flashy front end on the website. They will send a poor quality imitation in the post from China with no way of return. Don't use this company to avoid disappointment.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Seller took the payment the day of transaction, no confirmation or order status given. When I found their telephone number online, I was once told the item is processing, and next I was told the item is unavailable. In order to get a refund I was told I have to submit a "refund form" online. When I called back, I was told the phone number was no longer in service. Stay far, far away from this company I never got the item or my money. They should be put out of business.

I found this company online as most of you- it all looked legit and I loved their clothes and the prices so I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of blue jeans after I gave my credit card info I checked the charge and it was more than I had agreed to pay so I sent a message they said that the dollar amount was in US dollar and it showed up in British amount I just wanted to cancel my order but it wasn’t that much more so I said ok then the waiting begins- no order then they said the material for two of my items they didn’t have so I finally said enough is enough I sent a message to cancel the whole order and request a refund I finally got my refund today- I wasn’t happy with the service but every time I would send a message they did respond and I did get my money back so I’m thankful of that- I think they may be legit but they do need to work on customer service and get their products out on time and make how to contact them from their website a little easier but in all I may try again to order something down the road

I was charged to my debit card for a fraudulent purchase made to PIUFASHIONLOOK. I’ve never heard of this company and I don’t ever use my card for online purchases. This company is obviously being used by professional scammers with hacking abilities because my card was in my pocket when I got a text from bank telling me that this purchase was made. Fraudulent, and disgusting is what I call it. I hope someone has the ability to stop these animals, and pay restitution for life for all damaged caused.

I ordered a dress from a company called Chicrosey in April last year. I have never received my dress but they've charged me for it anyway. Apparently, this is the company that charges you.
I know that Covid19 caused lots of delays, but this is ridiculous.
I'm going to report both Chicrosey.

I ordered from a company named "dreamyher" yet the puchase on my credit card shows PIU fashions. I sent a ticket request because the tracking number showed my package was delivered, NOT TO ME. They sent it to British Colombia, I live in Ontario. Canada Post said the shipping label showed BC and didnt even have my name on it. Same company, different name, DONT ORDER FROM EITHER NAME. SCAM. They still have my $ and I have nothing. UPDATE: My order did arrive today. Not as good as picture, but at least it did arrive.

I ordered 148.63 amount of merchandise from them on11-09-21, never got my things. Its now 12-26-20.
I'm not happy at all! Never purchase from these scammers. I will be going to my Bank and get my money back! 🤬😡😠 not cool.
