Still have not received my order from November 22, 2020 recently opened a dispute with paypal so I will see if they respond you that as they did not respond to any of my emails. Will not be giving this place any more business. They don't even deserve 1 star.

wow seams to me a lot of crap I will be going to my bank tomorrow and filing a dispute ,,

I never received confirmation email on my order but they charged me. I sent email that is on file with paypal to the seller and no reply. Don't buy from them. You May never get money back! I'm still trying to.

I ordered a tacky sweater 12/04/20 and paid extra to get the item by the following weekend (12/13/20). After a week I checked the tracking due to not getting anything telling me that it was shipped and had a nightmare trying to get any info. After creating a profile that was required to attempt to contact them, the automated web system said I had no pending orders connected to my profile and would not proceed to let me reach them. I found an email and sent them a message and have yet to hear from them (12/16/20). I contacted PayPal about not being able to reach them to cancel my order, which still says that it is being processed, and PayPal said that is not a viable complaint for getting a refund. I disputed that decision which a note that the company does not provide an effective means to contact them, but still no luck. I still have no update on when it will actually ship and no longer need the sweater that I purchased and paid extra shipping on. I will never use a no-name company like this again and I will also be avoiding PayPal now that I no longer feel that they are providing a safety net for these types of purchase issues. Hold your sellers (clients) accountable to their customers!

Delivered a pair boots that I did not like ( cheap and nasty)
Sent them back with proof of returns. Still waiting for my refund 2 months later. They do not answer e-mails or care at all. Nothing but thieves. !!!!

I ordered a pair of ripped jeans in October still have not received. And there is no way to contact these people.. never again

if I could rate this site at a zero I would continuously try to reach out about my order and was very patient and still nothing had to file a claim to get my money back

One Star is way too high for this company. The quality is awful and I did not receive one item, another item was broken and I complained about the quality and I have not received my refund. I am still working on the dispute with my credit card company. And once I filed the dispute that is when they actually sent the items

I spend 50£ and still did not recieve anything.My account was banned and cannot contact the company.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Ordered on the 12th of November, money taken straight away, no items delivered and no response from emails sent. Wish I had read the reviews of this company first before ordering.

Have never received my items as well. Been waiting forever. I think I will contact my bank about fraudulent company and try to get my money back since there are so many reviews saying no merchandise yet they took out the money

I made an order on the 11th November and then changed my mind. The money was taken out of my bank. I messaged to cancel my order. I received a message to say that it would be dealt with. I have tried to log in and it not acknowledging my email address or the order number

Ordered and paid for an item and never received! Can’t contact for a refund. Checked companies house and not sure it’s a real business?! So annoyed I gave them my money!!!

I ordered a shirt and it came in a reasonable time....like 2 weeks the shirt is beautiful as the picture but it's too small. From reading all the negative reviews I am afraid to return it for an exchange because I may not get it back. I will have to take it to a seamstress to see if they can fix it.
