PixArt Creatives made the most wonderful Disney-fied dog portrait of my two French Bulldogs. They are so great! And they were so easy to work with. I have several adjustments over two drafts and they were patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

It came out great. I love it. And as we went back-and-forth with slight detail changes, the artist was extremely professional. I might do the same thing with previous pets and put them all together. Time to look at pictures.

It was easy to submit pictures and to give feedback for changes.

I previously left a positive review after my order was canceled and a refund was confirmed. However, I am now still waiting for the refund well beyond the stated 3–5 business days.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a transaction/reference ID or a clear confirmation of when the refund was actually processed. Communication has remained polite, but the lack of concrete information is concerning.
I hope this situation is resolved soon, as it is currently affecting my overall experience.

I am updating my previous review. While my order was officially canceled, the refund has still not been received despite the initial 3–5 business day timeframe.
Communication has remained polite, and I have now received confirmation that the order was canceled. However, the refund process has taken significantly longer than expected, and I am still waiting for the funds to appear in my account.
I hope this matter is resolved soon and will update this review again once the refund is completed.

Update: After 11 work days I just go my money back but had to write an email everyday to remember them otherwise would take me longer.

I love my canvas! They worked with me until the coloring was just right. It’s a perfect marriage of my love for my fur baby and Disney!
