It was an easy process
But I did have some Issues probably because I am old. First, when I got me digital file back it came over as orderpix blahbah and did not land in my in box because of the "order" heading and it laned in my unread file. that caused some delays with that process.
Second when I sent in for revisions I also asked if I would need to send in a email stating I accept that as a approved before I ordered my print. I did not get any directions on that. That did cause some confusion with one of my pics and delays but it all worked out in the end.

The artwork is fantastic and the ordering process was quick and very easy.

The artwork of my sisters dog Ernie was fantastic and very realistic.
My sister loved it , Ernie loves it and the creative team listened to my input.

I gave my wife a portrait of our 2 labs for her birthday. They have very different personalities and PixArt captured both brilliantly! In under 5 minutes my wife had updated her Google profile with the image.

Amazing and responsive customer service. They did a great job and even resent me my image 6 months later after i misplaced the first one. Support their business and enjoy a fun image in return. Will use again!

The company was very responsive and I received my artwork quickly. I asked for a slight revision and they did it very quickly to perfectly represent my dog. I love my piece!

The picture of my adorable baby boy gives a fun twist to his personality. It shows our favorite place to visit in the background and adds a little something to our photos on the wall. After showing our family my brother in law actually did this last year for my sister. This is one of my treasured pictures of my Hercules! I can't wait to get it printed!

They shoudl mention upfront it costs more to add another figure into the photo. For the value, I was not happy with my purchase

Not only did the portrait of my dog come out fabulous, but their wonderful team answered all my questions, made the change I requested (after purchase) and were extremely polite and attentive to my emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've ordered twice from here and both times it was knocked out of the park. For Christmas, the wife got a painting of our bernedoodle Freya and Golden Doodle Luna. After having her close her eyes and hold out her hands to see it, it was worth every penny. She cried, knew immediately where it was meant to be and it's there, perfect as ever. The team worked with me for all of the minor adjustments to make sure it was perfect, and it is. Thank you!!
