Great quality and customer service
The albums have great quality and look really cute on the shelf. I’ve ordered 3 times (total of 7 albums) and have been very happy with them. I had some problems occurring which have also been fixed very quickly within 20 minutes from writing an email which doesn’t happen anywhere else! Amazing work for both the people creating the albums as well as the customer service team :) very pleased.

I wrote on a Sunday regarding a faulty product, and received an answer and a resolution the very same day. Very polite and nice Customer Service. I wrote with Gabrielle who was very helpful. The issue was solved within two exchanges. I will definitely be buying from here again

Best Way to Capture All Those Travel Memories!
Beautiful books and a solid discount when ordered in a bundle! Creating the books on their website is very user-friendly. I love the feature where you can upload photos straight from your phone using a QR code! The books were damaged during shipping and they made a getting replacement order so hassle-free! The quality of the product is impressive!

I have purchased a few books from here…
I have purchased a few books from here before and they are genuinely worth the money especially if you get a bundle.
However my last order, I had an issue with. No fault of their own, it was the courier company who had made a mistake. This amazing company had sent me out a reprint completely free of charge.
They definitely go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

I really like this ability to create my own coffee table book that is bigger and more official than a Shutterfly book. Love that I can arrange the pictures once I let it auto set up and add extra text. Can’t wait for your order

Problem solved in minutes!
I've previously ordered an album for 2024 and had recently finished making a 2025 one. The 2024 album was amazing, great quality and I loved that I was able to customise it exactly how I wanted. When creating the 2025 one, after being saved for a little while, I went back onto the website and the project was gone. Thankfully, I reached out to customer support and Joseph fixed the problem within just a few minutes of my original email seeking for a solution! Customer service and quality both receive 5 stars from me. I look forward to building the rest of my yearly albums with Pixory, would recommend to everyone!

Truly disappointing…
I have had a truly disappointing experience with Pixory. After spending months creating 9 photobooks of a trip around the world, I went to order them only to receive an error message. I contacted the team and they told me that due to GDPR the books had been deleted.
I was not informed of this rule and it was not shown anywhere on my account (they recently have updated their interface to have a timer but this was after this issue). Furthermore, I just tried to log back into my account and they have also deleted this.
I would not recommend using Pixory as you may spend time on creating projects that will ultimately be deleted.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that your projects were no longer available. At the time, our project retention policy was not communicated as clearly as it should have been, and we sincerely apologize for that.
Since your experience, we've made several improvements to help ensure this doesn't happen again. In addition to adding a visible countdown timer to projects in customer accounts, we now also send an email reminder 3 days before a project is scheduled for deletion, giving customers the opportunity to return to their project, continue editing it, or place their order before it expires.
We're always looking for ways to improve, and feedback like yours has helped us make these changes. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry that your experience fell short of the standard we aim to provide.

genuinely LOVE
I really do love pixory, moreso than any other memory book website I have used. They have cute designs, fair prices, and great customer service. When I accidentally deleted one of my projects, they responded to my request and recovered my project within half an hour. I genuinely tell all my friends to make memory books here!

Great Way To Document Memories!
I'm currently creating my second Pixory book! I love how easy it is to build a photobook, and the options for covers are so fun. This is a great way to document digital photos and have for memories and decor in my home. The customer service team has also been really helpful. Would highly recommend!

So cute, worth it
Simple and easy to use to create an album. It is so freaking cute and my partner and I love it, thank you to Pixory for this service, it's a great way to remember our first ever road trip that was for our one year anniversary.
This is a little pricey, so if you are after trip photo albums, there are significantly cheaper alternatives, but those alternatives don't have the same cuteness and charm as Pixory's photo books. Splurge, treat yourself with a Pixory photo book every now and then, it's adorable af.
