Great books, great service and it’s really easy to create!

I ordered a photobook and unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged on the front cover. I emailed pixory and asked if I could possibly have a new copy of my book and I got a reply within minutes! Gabrielle was so helpful and friendly and agreed straight away to begin processing a new order for me.

The books created are absolutely amazing and the customer service for attending to customers is above and beyond. Great products and great service.

I just got my album, and it’s awesome!!

I was inspired to have an album of my most memorable moments from my travels, so created it in Pixory. First of all, the UI is great for this kind of design, easy to navigate and get your fave photos uploaded all at once to select from. The Customer Support is great, they’re very responsive and kind, and helped me with my queries. Finally, the actual album turned out so cool! I just wish they shipped directly to my country so I could order more. They shipped it out super fast, too.

I got my first book from pixory and it’s wonderful. The quality is amazing and I’m definitely getting more. Also about their service, good customer service with proper communication. Thanks a lot.

Amazing quality and super fast delivery!
I placed my order on July 1st and already received my album on July 7th in the Netherlands, much faster than I expected!

Before placing my order I contacted customer service because I was having trouble selecting the Netherlands as the delivery country. Gabrielle responded very quickly and was really helpful.

And wow I am honestly so impressed with the album! Most of the photos I used were taken with my phone so I was a little worried that some of them might look blurry or lose quality when printed. But the album turned out absolutely beautiful. The print quality is amazing, the album looks stunning and I am so happy with the final result.

Great customer service, incredibly fast delivery and a beautiful high quality product. In my opinion, it is worth every penny. I would definitely order from Pixory again!!

I've had a great experience with Pixory so far.

The customer service is outstanding: incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Every interaction I've had has been pleasant, and it's clear they really care about their customers.

The photo book designs are beautiful, the print quality is excellent, and both production and shipping have been faster than I expected. I also noticed that the selection of travel destinations keeps growing, which is great to see.

One thing I particularly appreciated is that Pixory actually listens to customer feedback. I received a survey, took the time to answer it, and was genuinely impressed to see some of those suggestions reflected in later updates. As a customer, it's very rewarding to feel that your feedback is taken seriously instead of disappearing into a void.

My only criticism is the pricing of additional pages. The base products are great, but once you start adding pages, the cost increases very quickly. Without one of their frequent promotions, creating large travel albums can become quite expensive.

Overall, Pixory has become my favourite platform for creating travel photo books. I still have many years of trips waiting to be turned into albums, so I'm sure I'll continue using it - and I look forward to seeing how the platform keeps evolving.

Pixory DELETE your projects if you don't order them without any notice. I spent over 20 hours preparing 6 holiday photobooks and they were all permanently deleted without a single email to advise they would delete them before I could order them. HOURS wasted. DO NOT TRUST PIXORY! Nothing on their website stating this policy.

UPDATE - via email exchange they say there is nothing they can do - 6 photobooks permanently deleted BY THEM!!

I usually don’t review products but this time I had to. The customer service was amazing and the product quality was even more on point. Loved the product and love the customer service.

So I had a problem with shipping and they helped me with it with an quick response email.

I loved it. It has an automated service that creates the album for you—super easy—and organizes it in order. You can also do it manually, and there are templates and designs; it's really cool.

It was my first time buying a photo book ever. Out of the many companies that provided this service, i landed on pixory and i couldn't be happier.
I have created a book as a gift to my girlfriend and spent hours editing it.
At the checkout i found out there was a 50% discount, which always come in handy and eventually i placed my order.
After about 10 days the book arrived but, unfortunately the top left corner of the book cover was defected.
I immediately contacted the customer service and, even though it was friday evening, in an hour, i received a reply and the conversation had started.
I sent the pictures of the damage and they immediately apologized and offered either a reprint or full store credit.
I went for the store credit which allowed me to apply some changes to the project and now I'm looking forward to receive my new book!
Customer service was impeccable. I will 100% buy more books from them in the future.

I took too long with editing my projects so they were deleted from my account. Totally my own fault it gives so many warnings I just forgot to checkout! I contact customer service and they were able to get them all right back again no problem. I was so so happy my work wasn’t lost and they replied so quickly as well! Can’t wait to receive the finished product now 😊

I love my Pixory books! I have made multiple orders over the last few months and the quality has consistently been great. It's amazing having a physical copy of my images to look back on and the covers are stunning. Had a few minor snags but customer service has been absolutely phenomenal - shoutout to Jeron for his help!

As usual I’m very satisfied with my order. I first ordered one book to try their service and made a bigger order (3)after. The quality of the books is amazing, the process is simple and the shipment has been done very quickly. Will definitely keep ordering my books with them
