I found Holger Just to be very knowledgeable, and he was very fast and thorough with his responses.

PlanIO Support is very efficient in responding to email support questions and very good at communicating solutions! I notice it is never just one person that handles the ticket either which means it's a team that is collaborating! Great team!

I wanted to find a projectplanningtool that makes my life easy. I found Planio and I am very glad I did. It works great and the support is better then I expected.

I really can't say anything bad. For 9$ (silver plan) it's a great product. It's always working, provides what I need for CMS and I can't ask for more!

Fast at support, Plan.io provide a great full featured issue reporting system. Always polite and always helpful they even anticipated our request to map a new sub-domain when our company re-branded. In short this has taken the hassle out of many of our project management hosting issues and allowed us to concentrate on managing projects instead of managing our project management!

Planio is an amazing company with great customer service. Despite me working in the East Coast and a roughly 5 hour time difference. They were able to address and resolve my issue in a timely manner. We've been using Redmine in our own installation, and as the overhead of maintaining that became a real burden, we switched over to Plan.io's service. Everything about the engagement has been positive:

(1) The trial was easy
(2) The migration of our system (from a very old Redmine) to the Plan.io system was flawless.
(3) The follow-on support as we dealt with differences due to the Redmine versions was timely and effective.

It was a no-brainer for us to decide to make the switch permanent.

Keep it up.

I would recommend planio to anyone, who's not fast enough to run away.

They have a unique product, which is really useful in organizing the work of small and medium sized teams. It's also great for developers in that they offer a solid source code hosting service.

And they have a super helpful support team which is always standing by and helps - even with not so regular use cases and questions.

plan.io is fantastic with regards to ease of use and available features. My team consists of people of varying techy abilities yet all have raved about the usefulness of plan.io system.

From my perspective I would like to see, and would happily pay for, the following;

1. More robust bug/issue tracker
2. Project management software
3. Integration between 1 and 2
4. More substantial file management and sharing

I have been happy to work with this guys. They are very attentive to customer needs. Excellent job.

The support team provided a workaround for a third party client that wasn't authenticating correctly. Very patient and methodical troubleshooting through the chat feature.

Totally reliable service imported all our old content from a custom Redmine install and mapped all the data correctly. Seemless and perfect migration! Would recommend these guys to anyone interested in using Redmine without the hassle of supporting it themselves. They always respond to support requests within an hour or two and I suspect faster if you're on the custom enterprise level tier.

customer service is difficult to get in contact wtih. by the time i've had my CST morning meeting, i think there is only about 1 hour left in the day to contact customer service and then i have to wait until the next day. for an enterprise account, i expect to be able to contact someone at any time during the work day.

customer service responses usually don't solve my issue. most resonses that i get include a quote that says indirectly, "hey just pay us and we'll fix that". hosting doesn't cost 200 euros, nearly 400 dollars per month - just what are we getting for that large sum of money? we went enterprise so that we could have staibilty and flexibility. where is the flexibility?

i am not able to get reports that i need, for instance, where can i find out the accuracy of my developers' estimates? why can't i data mine within redmine?

The most complete project manager I ever seen.
I would like to hear if you have in mind to add more applications to plannio. There are a lot of very nice pluggins for redmine, I would love to use but connected with Planio like SalesKing.
I am very interesting in pluggins about CRM, Kanban, scrum.
Another thing can be very good and easy to improve is add documents for users, so any user can have own private space.
