I have recently ordered a Monstera White Monster and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The plant arrived looking healthy and well-established, with beautiful foliage and excellent variegation.

Delivery was on time. The plant was secured carefully and arrived in perfect condition with no damage during transit.

Unfortunately, have used these on two occasions and fail to fulfil the correct order or deliver in a timely manner. First order turns up part fulfilled and having to request missing items to be refunded. They explained they were out of stock so couldn't provide but had accepted the order and sent without saying anything. The 2nd time, paid for next day delivery, ordered on a Friday and items still not dispatched by Wednesday. Customer services full of excuses but clearly not truthful as DPD informed that they had not even received the parcel yet.

Ordered plants on Sunday (4 for £30 in an offer and one larger, more expensive plant) and they arrived extremely quickly a few days later on Tuesday. The outer box was a bit bashed which I'm assuming is down to DPD, but the plants were packaged well on the inside and were all in excellent condition. I've ordered from a number of online plant retailers and this has been my best experience so far. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Updating my review as plants for all seasons came back to me after this review below and resent the plants… arrived a day later and plants are nice quality.

After a very positive first purchase from Plants for all Seasons my second one not going so well.
I ordered 3 plants totalling £120 and point of purchased said in stock and said 1-3 working days. 5 working days later only one has arrived, damaged, via Amazon delivery service and no sign of the other two.
It’s also turns out there’s no way to contact this company other than by email and having done this two days ago, still no response or update.
I’m at a loss what happens now…

I ordered a tree fern, allegedly on offer from £80. On arrival there was what looked like a very small split crown. I emailed and received a response from Harriet after 2 days, who said they send two crowns in one pot. I queried that it stated one tree fern and the very small split crown was very disappointing. She then advised that they sell by pot size (which was large but only because of the soil - not the plant!) and pots either have one or two crowns per pot which makes no sense at all! Only one of the very small crowns seems alive. Very disappointing, falsely advertised and I will not be ordering from here again. Also, you receive what seems like 5 emails a day from marketing, which is pretty rich when 'customer services' can't get back to you!

Edit: After posting the review, the company contacted me directly and handled the situation very professionally. They explained that they would make the sizing information clearer on the website and kindly sent me a new Thai Monstera, a Philodendron, and an additional Philodendron as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciated the proactive response and their willingness to resolve the issue quickly and positively, which is why I updated my review from 2 stars to 5 stars.
Initial Review: I’ve ordered from you several times and, overall, my experiences have been positive. The plants usually arrive well packaged, although shipping can sometimes take a while. However, my most recent order was disappointing. I ordered a 25 cm Monstera Thai Constellation and a 25–35 cm Philodendron Birkin, along with a few other plants. While most of the plants were on the smaller side, these two in particular were significantly undersized. The Monstera had only three small leaves and barely reached 15 cm, and the Philodendron was very small at around 11 cm. When I queried this, I was informed that the plant height is measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant. As the pots used were around 11 cm tall, this meant the Monstera was technically within the advertised size, but the Philodendron still fell short. The main issue is that this method of measurement is not clearly stated. Measuring from the bottom of the pot can be misleading and can result in situations where a very small plant is advertised as much larger simply because it is placed in a bigger pot. Overall, this feels a bit misleading, which is why I’ve left this review.

ÌAccidently ordered a plant and not the pot which I was after. Emailed the company straight away. Yesterday 10am. Explained I wss only after buying the pot. No reply at all. Emailed again still no reply and then this morning got a notification to say plant has been shipped out! Again another email sent (by the way all polite emails) still no response so now it looks like I will be stuck with a plant I have no where to put!! They need to sort out their customer service!! Not happy!

All resolved. Staff sickness was issue and for those of us that work, its quite an issue at the moment. Anyway, nice email recieved and I am being refunded.. Thankyou!

I absolutely love the plants I ordered from plants for all seasons and I am a returning customer multiple times. They arrived healthy and are always well packaged. They have a fantastic selection of plants and great prices to suit any budget, even the rare ones! They have amazing sales, so keep a lookout…

Have bought a couple of Areca plants in the last year. (Buy one and you then think you need a further one). Very good quality and condition. Easy ordering and very quick delivery. My first choice Company to go to.

So disappointed. I ordered a plant 6 days ago for a reasonable price and paid £6.99 for express delivery which stated 1-3 business days. It is now nearly a week later with no update, someone emailed me yesterday to say it would be sent today, no apology and surprise surprise, still no dispatch! I wish I’d read the negative reviews before I purchased. I now want a refund and will order from someone else.

Bought 6 ferns for my garden.
They came very fast, well packed, and they look very healthy.
They are now in my stumpery and looking good.

I have purchased from Plantsforallseasons on a couple of occasions now and found the plant quality to be excellent also the prices are very competitive, the packaging is second to non and the delivery company (DPD) in my opinion is the best out there, highly recommend this company and I will be returning.

Only place I could find the tree I wanted. So easy to order online and paying was simple. Updated on delivery expectation date and notification of delivery date. Well packaged so no damage to the tree. It arrived looking very healthy. Can’t wait for it to flower.

Second time ordering a plant from here. I was slightly worried it would be damaged or delayed in some way or another, though the service was brilliant last time so I shouldn't have been worried. By the end of it there was a prompt delivery and I had another beautiful plant!

It was shipped and delivered within 2 working days (which felt very reasonable as I live in a more remote location). Both my monstera albo variegated and philodendron cutting are exactly as described, with the philo already having healthy, strong roots- couldn't be happier with its quality and will be using this shop again at the earliest opportunity.

The order itself came in a secure box and didn't require any wrangling with my scissors. Very easy to open, with the roots also being supported by a plastic bag and damp tissue paper. 10/10 in every conceivable way and would highly recommend!

Amazing! All plants I ordered arrived quickly and in amazing condition. The communication with customer services was excellent. One of the plants I ordered was missed when shipping but one quick email and I had it in the next few days.

Everything was easy and smooth, no issues at all. 10/10 would recommend, I will definitely be using Plants For All Seasons again.

Absolutely blown away by the 0lants i got all were super healthy well established and already doing well. Thats the start you want from plants. The albo monstera was so nice ill be buying more from these guys ovee any other company.

Ordered a burle Marx flame which came quick and healthy.. and simply stunning so much so a couple weeks later I had to buy a monstera aurea which when it came basically next day blew me away of how stunning and healthy it was both plants are thriving and happy and growing rapidly! Cant get better than this big thumbs up and smiles for this company!!

The plant that I bought came securely packaged & was of exceptional quality - it was large, mature & healthy - I was delighted as it was such good value for money
