The 3 garden shrubs were in excellent condition, they were securely boxed to protect them in transit. Delivery was as promised 2/3 days. All 3 shrubs were of excellent quality and are doing well in their pots. Oh, I received a house plant free with my order as well. I am a new customer to Plant for all Seasons I'm very impressed with them, I had been using 'other' garden plant services but I will now always purchase from Plant for all Seasons. I have loved my first experience with the company.

The plant I received was beautiful and any questions I had about delivery etc were answered within the same day. Will definitely be buying from them again

One small plant was missing, I reminded them after three weeks. It has now arrived and all plants are in very good condition. I do understand about a plant arriving to them from their supplier in an unfit state to sell, hence my reminder and then prompt delivery (would it ever have arrived without my reminder?)

Absolutely outstanding service!

DPD unfortunately lost my plant and I never received it, but Plants for All Seasons handled the situation perfectly. They apologised straight away and offered to send replacement plants as a goodwill gesture—and even let me choose which ones I wanted.

To my surprise, what I received was worth around three times more than my original order! Everything arrived the very next day, free of charge, and the plants were strong, healthy, and excellent quality.

As a regular customer who orders at least once a month, this made me feel truly valued. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers.

Also, the lady I was emailing was incredibly kind and understanding—customer service like that is hard to find these days.

Great prices, amazing quality, and exceptional service. I highly recommend them to any plant lover!

Just received my first order from this company and the plants were as described and lovely and healthy, with no sign of pests or damage. Only dropping a star as the packaging wasn't as good as other companies I have used. They were in a nice, large box and well secured, however there was nothing to stop soil escaping from the pots during transit (other online retailers have film around the pot to prevent this). This meant a fair amount of soil had come out of the pots, however no damage done. Also very quick delivery. Would use this company again. 😁

So happy with my plant from this company, I bought the Money plant 80-100cm. Delivery was very quick and plant came boxed well. I chose this company because of reviews and also the price, which was very good. My plant is very healthy and in great condition. Saw a plant id wanted for months and emailed asking for high variagation. Prompt communications back, really decent prices, prompt delivery and my god the plant they sent me was beyond expectations! It was also so beautifully packaged so the plant was in pristine condition but also very easy to unbox without damaging the plant. Highly recommend Plants for all seasons!

Issues resolved after contact. Replacement plant healthy. 3* simply because the first one shouldn’t have been sent but they sent a replacement and resolved the issue.

Fantastic company with first class customer service from beginning to end. They were very quick to contact me about one of the plants I had ordered not being to their high quality standards and gave me the option of waiting, or selecting a relacement.
The plants I ordered were delivered extremely well packaged and all were very healthy and amazing quality.
I will definitely be back for more plants as I renovate the rest of the house.

Fabulously packaged hebes , really secure , practical boxes that are fun to look at too, I wanted to keep them 🤩(I know it’s not about the packaging but I have received so many duff packages , from other companies , where the plants have really suffered ). The plants are healthy , so green and obviously well looked after . A very satisfying transaction . Thankyou .

I have now received four deliveries from Plants for all Seasons -twenty five plants in all!
Everything has arrived healthy and, in some cases, huge. The pictures they show on their site are truly accurate and err on the side of generous - I have already had to extend the moss pole on my Philodendron Painted Lady.
Today my much anticipated Monstera Burle Marx Flame arrived and I was not disappointed, they are big!
I do not think anyone could find such a great selection of rare plants at such incredible prices (believe me, I’ve looked). To top it all, the customer service is second to none.

The plants arrived in good condition, well packaged and watered. I was surprised how big they were and the variety provided. The plants are in excellent health and I am very happy with my purchase. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.
