I was trying a bunch of online casios and decided to give this one a go. I deposited some money, made a bit of winnings, then decided to cash out. Now they are asking to identify myself with documents etc. It was a bit of a pain but did it anyway. It said 48 hours to review. It has been over 1 week and still not reviewed. I contacted support and they had no idea what is happening. They are holding my winnings from me and wont pay. This is by far the worst casino i've ever used and they will not pay you your winnings.

Update: they just banned me and took all my money. Use leovegas instead at least they pay you your money!

I didn’t apply a limit. So when I contacted them they were not at liberty to say what the limit was- so basically they can take what they like then stop you so you got no chance of getting it back. When I saw the first pop up I thought it was an error so I deposited more money- surprise surprise it wasn’t but they still accepted more money from me!!
Requested a withdrawal and closed my account. Stay away from sites like this. You WILL NOT WIN

Absolute disgrace of a website, virtually impossible to withdraw any winnings due to a number of clauses that they pull out of thin air whenever you've won. Doesn't even deserve a single star, worthless company run by spineless individuals.

Joined a couple of days ago and i feel robbed. The games pull you in with small wins but no bonus. £180 on 60p bets gave me nothing. As a newby to the site you would think it would give you small wins. Played 10,000 nights i got all the objects but then nothing. I would avoid trust.

This site blocked me to go under review with no warning. Four weeks later they did the same again for 6 weeks. As I'd, been a customer for over a year what was therer to review. Don’t trust this site at all played on several sites and never had a problem like this I managed to win a nice bit of money but due to my bets being higher than £5 so turns out I was in some sort of breech with there terms so instead of getting the £6500 I won I got the £200 back which I placed on there site avoid this company even if your bonus money turns into cash after you meet wagering requirements nothing whilst playing tells you that you are doing something wrong

I have to agree with other comments. I play many online games and understand the gambling principles regarding loss percentages but after initially winning a few hits I spent 800 without any payback! not even a 10 pound conciliation. Very strange??
