10k deposits in the space of 3 days, no bonuses offered and when asked the chat they said your account is under review so they can’t offer any bonus....... look after your high limit players ! Use other casinos where they value your custom and you get rewarded for filling their pockets....... plus never ever play big bet games played around 50 spins on 50 pounds and bet once got anywhere near even money back on spin, 5k down the drain. I am one of the fortunate people that has never had a major issue with any of the gaming sites and I have enjoyed playing on line for many years. Unfortunately this came to an end last weekend with PlayZeee. The platform has a small a selection of games I recognised and the site is relatively easy to navigate. I was not pleased to see they did not have an Age of Gods game as I am a big fan of the series.

I deposited using the match bonus and proceeded to play. The bonus wasn’t matched so I started to get concerned. I decided to take a break withdraw my money and look PlayZee up over dinner.

After a quick search PlayZee appeared to be legitimate so I felt confident to carry on playing and reversed my withdrawal. In hindsight I should have dug a little deeper but I was naive and in a hurry to enjoy my night!

I should have seen the warning flags when I went to withdraw my money. As the withdrawal will not be processed until after 48 hours and you have the option to reverse your withdrawal within that time period. I normally deposit using PayPal and usually receive my money within a few hours on other sites. Which is nice as you are not forced to stick to a certain site and have the option to play the same site again or play somewhere else.

I continued to play but a good few hours later the deposit was
still not matched. I wanted to deposit again but was cautious so I contacted customer service through live chat.

Customer service were quick to respond and asked for quite a few security details which I was impressed by. I explained my situation and was advised that I was not eligible for my bonus as I had reversed my withdrawal! They than spammed the chat with cut and pastes of their terms and conditions. I went into panic fearing I had been scammed and asked to have my account closed down immediately, to which they obliged.

I sent an email to the complaints team politely asking them to rectify the matter. I received an automated response and did not hear back from them despite sending a follow up email.

I contacted customer support through chat and their blunt reply was “ You need to wait for feedback from the complaints team, they will reply accordingly”.

Despite burning through my first deposit I did enjoy playing on their platform and I would have placed another deposit, fortunately I did not. I know that people tend to complain when something goes wrong and rarely give praise when something is done well. I have been guilty of this, going forward I will write about my positive experiences on other platforms and luckily there have been many.

In my opinion it’s a real shame that a company would operate in this way. It gives the industry a bad name and is not fair to the customers who enjoy playing or the competitors that offer a good service.

If after reading this you still want to give PlayZee a go. My advice would be to proceed with caution and start with a small deposit. I would hate for someone else to go through this experience.

Update: A member of the the PlayZee team replied to me on another post. They stated that the complaints team will be in contact. Yet I have heard nothing from the complaints team.

On the post they advised me that the deposit is not matched until you have spent all of your initial deposit. So essentially you have to lose all your money before the bonus is credited and the bonus has a minimum wager play through before you can make a withdrawal. Couple that with the length of time it takes to withdraw your money and the reverse withdrawal options, if you do win anything it’s unlikely you will see your money. Allegedly they use affiliates that have been shunned by other platforms and users due to specific targeting of problems gamblers. This is my opinion based on the information I have, you can draw your own conclusions as to how legitimate this platform is. Reading other people’s comments I have a suspicion that PlayZee operate the get as much money while you can model. If the customer is unhappy, ignore and onto the next unwitting punter. It is a tactic used by many shady online ventures. It’s short term hence why customer service and repeat players are not a priority. They have no recorded sanctions with the UK Gambling Commission. I can only assume this is due the young age of the company or a comparatively low amount of customers compared to other platforms.
