One of the worst online casinos I have ever played. I get that it’s normal to lose when gambling but this just doesn’t seem legit. Lost on every single game played and most of the slots were just terrible.

Hello all I am waiting on a pay out I won from playzee there asked me for pdf bankstatements and I sent my passport as well I got it all done and sent it all off to the accounts department that supposes to pay me out the sum off 300 now there holding up payment now the law does not say you have to take there bounces when you deposit ok I have withdraw my 300 pound which I have won fair and now they have all the documents they holding back I am on mental health as well is this right the way you treat pepole that play your web site playzee consio because it's wrong.stick to the wel know sites people thoes playzee sites are a small fish in a big pound

Write an up date I have write to rip off Briton if you have been scammed buy playzee please emai your your say to the show rip of Britton we are makeing them famous on bbc1 yes ripp off Briton send your emails in to them please . this can't happen no more enough is enough ..... playzee your not getting away with this pay up or get shammed.........
They paid up in the end never give up ok go to gambaleing commission report but don't give up

PEOPLE don't play ever on playzee, spending 15k in 6 months and nothing won. The games are not paying. They are just stilling

Extremely rude emails, so I have cancelled my account and wouldn't ever consider white hat gaming again. These are your customers guys, must try harder look at your reviews!!! Need closing down

Tried a good few casinos recently and have to say playzee has been one of the best far better than most in my experience. Registered Saturday withdrew on Sunday and funds in my bank the same day.

Had a few losers and a few winning games I didn't finish that far up but landed a nice x200 spin on rabbit hole riches and called it a night.

I play quite a few demo slots to test out new games and playing at playzee I thought they played very similar actually felt like I was playing for luck.

They have a great selection of slots and I love that you can search by developer to see a full list of their games just wish they added pragmatic play to the list, also had no issues at all with gameplay found the site very smooth and user friendly and I will deffinately be back.

They refuse to pay out my winnings. After fulffilling here requirements for pay out several times over I stil didnt get a dime batteling them for 6 month. Its just plain theft. These people shouldnt be alowed to run a online casino.

i have never played at a casino that has been like this. slots play bad 500 spins on book of dead 1 bonus and payed 3 pounds discusting. all slots i played on played real bad no pay out at all. harly no wins. wish i never deposited there now

I was faced with an issue on their servers when I was booted while in the middle.of a match, when I tried explaining my situation they were uncompliant, impolite, and unwilling to listen or reimburse me.for.my.lost funds and time. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone.

I would rate this place lower than a 1.. I wont over 2000 and they refused to pay it out saying I was in breach of clause 7 which was total bull.. dont waste any money on this place absolute scam.

Never experienced such a bad gaming site
I deposited £300 and received a £300 bonus and begun to play roulette and I was betting £20/£30 spins and between 20-25 spins had been completely wiped out of the lot
I understand the principles of gambling but the odds of what happened to me are incredible
I was given a £20 bonus on a slot game which disappeared in 10 seconds flat
Then I contacted there customer service team and I requested my account fully closed which they couldn't do they said they offer no permanent closure
Absolute awful experience and I may as well have threw £300 down the drain
I strongly advise anyone thinking of opening a playzee account to strongly reconsider

Wouldn't even waste your time spending money on this website look else we're just robbery also opted in to a certain bonus and they are telling me I never opted I which I clearly remember opting in absulte sham of a company spent like 1100 in just over a week and tell me I'm not opted in and don't get back to my emails there happy they have there money won't be using again and will try find a way to claim that money back now as I've been scamed and bonus is awful just have to wager 35times do not recommend honestly.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve just played on this site and got a bonus round (a very RARE one) , as the third bonus symbol landed on the screen the middle one disappeared and I lost the round ! Contacted live chat who offered me a 5 pound bonus which I initially accepted but was then told that I had to wager 35 x 5.00 before I could withdraw. I never accepted a bonus for this very reason so it was completely unfair that this bonus had a wagering requirement, especially when I was receiving that bonus due to the fault on the machine. Live help fella (Troy) was extremely unhelpful and refused to give information requested (on numerous occasions) to enable me to complain about the incident (he clearly didn’t want me to make a formal complaint)

I am fully aware that gambling is a win some /lose some , but this site is just lose lose lose. Live help should be called live waste of your valuable time!

It's not a scam. But dont take the welcome bonus. You need to wager it 35 times and if you play blackjack its only counts 0.10%. I had to play it 7000£ worth in blackjack managed to finish it with a profit of 500 and they revoked it because I had bigger bets the 5£. It was my fault becouse it was stated in the wagering requirements. I just find it a bit unfair. But hey this is life

As part of the White Hat Gaming group, please stay clear if all of their sites, I have had nothing but bad experiences with them and regret depositing any money with them, they will happily accept your deposits but act in the worst possible way to protect players.

I wouldnt even give it a one so far its taken 9 days to process a poxy 50 pound win. Everytime i go on chat to enquire it still being processed. Avoid this casino its crap
