don't waste your money or time

I purchased this in a Morrisons store and when i got home, it would not. We followed the instructions and the 'stick' heats up to a ridiculous heat and you cant take a draw on it. After the initial heat, it wont work. I was told i needed to register my device for a replacement, but the website wouldn't accept my post code, and when it did it wouldn't accept the registration as I did not have the QR code ( i threw away the box) very poor service and extremely unhappy with the product. i would not recommend. Save your cash.

I like the machine and the idea of no…

I like the machine and the idea of no harmful additives.its very sleek and nice.however I didn't get instructions so went onto U tube and got the basics there I still don't get a proper smoke from it when it goes off.i don't if that's that cigarette done I'm still not too sure about it

Even though the instructions are clear

Even though the instructions are clear, I still burnt my lips.
Can't get a decent toke.
I tried 4 different flavours and the amber ones I would say was passable flavour wise.
It's a shame as it is a decent looking bit of kit.
I will keep having a try, if I crack it I will update

Bought when on offer glad I didn’t pay…

Bought when on offer glad I didn’t pay full price. No instructions in the box, charged but 1st couple off puffs nothing when trying to inhale, you can get a small amount if you inhale 2-3 times after each other, but new stick required after that

I have just purchased a bundle of the tobacco flavour

I have just purchased a bundle of the Ploom product from the Morrison at Mansfield woodhouse. The gentleman at the Ploom stand (Fayyad) was really brilliant with his explanation on how the product works and took me through the benefits as well. He has also given me a free trail of the tobacco flavours and my favourite is the bronze as it has a better taste and feel to it. Anyways, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and also the demonstration given to me by fayyad. Highly recommend the product 👍🏼

A strange way you got to put in like a…

A strange way you got to put in like a cigarette and then if he did that so I was due with what it would taste like that and that he would be better than a liquid vape but are you always surprised? The taste is exactly the same as having cigarette, but without the harm chemicals, mental child with the best

Pros and Cons

Pros:
* First few draws can be enjoyable and flavorful.
Cons:
* Difficulty drawing after the initial puffs.
* Charging the device seems ineffective.
* Inconsistent performance across different Evo sticks.
* Requires excessive inhaling, which can be uncomfortable.
Recommendation:
Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Ploom device and Evo sticks. The consistent issues with drawing and the lack of reliability make it a frustrating product. If you're considering purchasing this, I suggest exploring alternative options that offer a more consistent and enjoyable vaping experience.

I really love the menthol green sticks…but the device!

I really love the menthol green sticks and they were helping me reduce smoking but the device is very poor. I am on the second one and after a couple of charges, it just stops accepting charge. I have followed the instructions to the letter, but they just do not seem to work for very long at all. My wife has gone onto another make and is getting along with it well.

Great product

I love Ploom. It's a cheaper alternative to smoking and you can do use it indoors so no more standing outside in the cold and rain.
The menthol (green option) is my favourite flavour but there is a wide variety that would cater for everyone.

Disappointed

Really looked forward too trying ploom.Really disappointed followed all instructions charging etc.
Device is easy too use but evo sticks have minimal or no flavour very little smoke when inhaling.Totally unsatisfying,wouldnt recommend.

Amazing product

Was gifted ploom x to tey and given different flavours, got to say I love the menthol/green one it's a great alternative to smoking and helping me slowly cut down
It actually tastes like a proper cigarette
I'm a tecnofobe but found this easy to use
The fact that it's healthier is a bonus

The best out of the best !!!

I am pleased with this device, thats my third week using it , its worth the money plus you get the same nicotine as a cigarette. Looks really posh, easy to use, i recommend it as i have tried different types of vapes and it didnt work as Ploom gives me that enough nicotine, relief. No bad smell , no smelly fingers , writing this review and smoking an Amber now
