I Bought a bundle pack from a representative at morrsions meadowhead. Charlotte was very helpful in telling me the latest offers which worked out cheaper then to buy over the counter, which I was very please. I found her very approachable and did not feel pressured into buying anything that wasn't suited for me. 10/10 would buy again

Switched from Iqos, too expensive
I have been using Iqos for years , but had a fall out with their customer services, Also their prices have been sneaking up quite a lot ( 40% in 4 years !!).
I like the Ploom device & Evo sticks , much cheaper than iqos . My only gripe is that when i take the first drag it can be really hot & the device buzzes at the very end of stick use which is annoying , I am used to iqos where the buzz comes towards the end to warn you of limited time left . I will be staying with ploom though & my wife will be switching over to from Iqos due to cost difference .

Your feedback is very important for the improvement of our products and services. We would like to kindly inform you that the vibration near the end of your session is to let you know that you have 20 seconds left out of your 5 minutes Ploom session. After that, the LED light will turn off and the device shall vibrate one more time, you may let it cool or start another session, as you can have up to 3 consecutive Ploom sessions using the same device. The vibration system is helping you keep track of your remaining time to enjoy Ploom without having to constantly check the LED light.
Should we be able to enhance your Ploom experience in any way, please don't hesitate to let us know.
