Very accommodating to our needs. We live in a barn conversion so they wanted to keep it in keeping with the property. On the end of the phone if needed a reasonable price. Would recommend.

from start to finish they are very professional, communications are great and appointment times are kept really well. Both plumbers that came did a good job, cleaned up really well and were very friendly and polite. Great company to deal with

Very happy with a professional installation of a new 150l unvented cylinder. Neat and tidy and fast! They also procured and installed a new shower system in my bathroom very quickly. All the Plumbgas technicians were great and the admin and quotation systems excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Communication was excellent arrived on time carried out service no fuss with a friendly approach.

Niall arrived on time to change the radiator in the bathroom,he started by draining the system to enable him to remove the old radiator and fit new one after which he topped the system back up and checked everything was working fine.Everywhere was left clean and tidy.We have used Plumbgas over many years and would certainly recommend them.

It was so hard to find a plumber so I was very happy to use Plumbgas Services and I have used them a few times now. They are well organised, turn up when they say they will and then do a really good job for a fair price. I’ve had a new expansion tank fitted, an inline water conditioner and a leak sorted. They are definitely my go-to plumbing service now.

I was matched up with Jon and PlumbGas by Heat Geek to install our Air Source Heat Pump.
Jon's Heat Geek training shows through. Jon came to do the heat loss survey and talk me through all the work needed to upgrade our home heating. He was very helpful through the whole process, answering loads of questions, in the weeks and months leading up to the installation.
The week of the install the PlumbGas team were fantastic, clean, tidy, very efficient and worked well together. It was a pleasure having them in the house!

Good company - I find them professional and courteous. Coming out for a routine service, they found the gas meter (installed by a major gas supplier) was not supplying enough gas, to adequately provide my boiler and gas hob, so adjusted it within the price of the boiler service - an important safety issue, kindly taken care of and for no additional charge. That's what I call service! Keep up the good work. Thank you!

The engineer arrived on time to my annual service of gas boiler and gas fire. The estimate for the length of time and cost for the work was accurate. He was very polite and helpful and the work done was thorough.

PlumbGas service my boiler annually and always do a thorough job. When my boiler stopped working recently when it was particularly cold, they sent Chris out to take a look at it as a matter of urgency and he was able to find the fault, source the parts I needed and get it working very quickly, which was a huge relief! He was also very kind and polite. Thank you

From the initial booking through to the execution of the job Plumbgas have been very easy to deal with. The engineer (Ed) was punctual and polite, happy to explain what he was doing. He was very clean and tidy.
Really impressed and will happily use them again...in fact they're coming to service the boiler next.

We used plumbgas earlier this year for some emergency work and were so pleased that we have asked them to come again to do some renovation on our shower room later this year. However the elderly broken shower in said bathroom started to leak very badly flooding the room 2 days ago. That was a Sunday but I rang them first thing on Monday asking if they could come to cap the shower off pending full works. The person who took the call was fantastically efficient in sorting out a visit ASAP but real credit to Ethan the plumber who stopped on his way home on a wild dark snowy evening and sorted out the problem not only efficiently but cheerfully despite having a long journey afterwards. We live in the sticks so he came down icy single track potholed lanes to us. What a star. Thank you plumgas and ethan
