Just checked my account and they have drawn 139/ SEK I have send mail to canceled my subscription but they did not reply.
So be careful guys. when you press " accept" the terms and conditions you are subscribe. and you they will withdraw every month.
and there Customer service don't give a shit. to help you to end the subscription

This company refuses to terminate your membership even though they say in their terms and conditions that it is possible to do so both via email and online. These options do not work, which is a serious breach of contract on the part of the company.

This company has previously been convicted for this very thing and had to pay out 400,000 in damages to its customers.

Search for the following on Google and you will find several articles about this: "plusshop 400,000 fraud".

To those of you who, like me, have already been involved in a membership, I recommend the following:

1. Send a written email to their customer service where you clearly cancel your membership.

2. Then contact your bank and block future transactions from this company.

3. File a police report.

I am totally disappointed, 139 kr is withdrawn from me monthly without me knowing I didn't buy anything from them.

Subscribing to this shower is risky - when you want to cancel your membership they ignore you & any e-mail you send to cancel. They are still attempting to take money from my credit card which I dispute every month after cancelling my membership last year!

Very nice shop

While searching for some items on the internet I came across the site of Plusshop. I didn't find what I was looking for, left the site and moved on.
Now few months later I have discovered that the site is charging monthly an amount from my credit card. They have charged an amount of € 1.007,95 and are not reacting on any mails via support email to stop these activities. That's theft. WARNING! Don't even visit this site. Starting a legal procedure for fraud.

Scammers who hook you on membership by buying a book once without my knowledge and then use scummy techniques to trap you when cancelling membership ….good book tho

We received a different item instead.
Order for Lamborghini hot wheels, but received a different hot wheels set.

Just noticed they ve been taking a membership fee of £9.95 a month since Jan 2024 for something I bought in Dec 2023. Won t answer my emails and I can t cancel the membership online it doesn t work It's a membership scam. And I think they write their own positive reviews.
Don t use these people

The only place I can find L'Oréal kids 2 in 1 shampoo and balsam. Also found some good products that I cannot find in supermarkets in Denmark.
Delivery is SUPER quick.

The item delivered was not identical to the photo on your website

I ordered a universal charger over the weekend and it arrived to the pick up store Tuesday morning. Product works well and the price was good.

Cheaters and scammers. All plusshops are scammers. I ordered a baby food container. I did not receive my product and they keep taking money from my account. I noticed it and avoid leaving money into my account for a period. Soon as I start leaving money into, plusshop continued taking money from my account. I called my bank and reported the matter. The bank charged my card. Trustpilot should avoid any positive reviews from them. It’s an insider who writes positive reviews, but they are scammers.

They took money from me even if I never bought anything from them! SCAMMERS

Same as others here, website does not make it clear that you are signing up for a subscription service.
When I finally realised I was able to cancel, but then, unbeknownst to me, they have restarted withdrawing money from my account for the past few months.

Plusshop offers great prices, but their customer service is really poor 😞. I've written to them 2-3 times and called almost 4 times in the last two weeks, but I still haven't received a proper response. Even when they did reply, no action was taken. Their phone wait times are long, and their hours are not reliable. The website says they're open until 12:30 on Mondays, but when I called at 12:10, the phone lines were closed. I received a package with missing items, and the box was open. The pakkeshop person told me to take the package and contact Plusshop if there were any issues. Since then, I've been following up with Plusshop, but still no response. I must say, their customer service is very disappointing 😔📞.
