Looked at booking holiday car hire…
Looked at booking holiday car hire through the Pluxee UK website, followed the links to the 10% pre-discounted webpage of the various car hire companies and found that the prices offered are not discounted compared to what you can get by going direct and not booking through Pluxee - looks a lot like false advertising to me!

No actual discounts on items unless you buy a voucher first. What happened to discount codes that could be used on purchases?

Unauthorised card transactions
I contacted customer service as my card had a few unauthorised transactions not made by myself which thankfully failed. The customer service representative I spoke was fantastic, really helpful, knowledgeable and provided really clear & concise information - first class!

I had a problem with finding the emailed voucher, and contacted Pluxee UK to ask if this could be retrieved, I got an email very quickly with the voucher and they were so helpful and really kind. They even apologized for the tame taken to respond but there was no need as they dealt with it quickly. Excellent customer service. Thank You so much to the Team who sorted this.

Waste of time and energy
They're happy to take your money but providing a reliable user experience seems beyond their ability. Cashback doesn't always get approved despite using the card in person and the sms authentication process sends out codes their system then rejects.
Support aren't open outside of office hours so you're stuck when their system fails despite this being a known issue - Funny they choose not to tell you this before taking funds.
