Absolutely awful… Please if you’re reading this do not get a Pluxee card. I’m having such an awful experience.
Money has came out of my account to topup my Pluxee cash back card and the money has not gone into the card. I have contacted my bank who have advised that the money has left my account and to contact Pluxee….. so this is the issue… You actually can’t contact anyone… I’m waiting in a queue whilst writing this message and currently ive been waiting 1hr 36 minutes.. No answer, just in a queue. If you have any issues and you need to speak to this company urgently… you actually can’t. They also have an online form, which no one responds to.
Please don’t get this card, when things go wrong.. You will never be able to rectify any issue as there will be no one there to help.
There needs to be some serious workflow management changers at this company and they need a huge upgrade of system like in app chat for example.. These guys are dealing with actual finances and your money can be lost forever (as you literally can’t speak to anyone). As you can’t speak to anyone (you can’t even log a complaint), my only step is ombudsman.

I had a voucher to redeem but for some unknown reason it had been cancelled . The lady who dealt with me on the phone was able to check it out for me and arranged to follow it up. My new voucher was emailed to me 48 hours later

Signed up for a new prepayment card with cashback offers. My direct debit claimed as planned but the money did not load onto my prepayment card on the date given. I was hoping to spend the funds during a planned short break away. Three phone calls to Pluxee resulted in different (conflicting) advice and information but ultimately I was told it would appear by the end of the day. It is now the following day and I have no access to my money and no further information on how to fix this. Having to rely on a credit card in place of the money I'd planned to have access to. I can see others have had more positive experiences but mine has sadly made me very wary about using Pluxee.
