These shoes don't stay on! The velcro doesn't stick together well, and even when it does, the shoes still pop off my son's feet due to the poor construction.

I buy all of my ĺittle one's shoes from here. Love that some of the footware has a winter/summer option for extra warm lining/breathable mesh features. I think it's very competitive price for the quality and design, plus they are such cute products! They often have good deals and discounts. I have also had great experience from customer service.

I looked for a while for cute shoes that would also be good for my daughter’s feet and I am SO glad we found PocoKids! Love that they are cute but also comfortable for our 16 month old. She toddles around in them so easily and we don’t feel her feet are squished limiting range of motion! They are so bendy and moveable. We will definitely be purchasing her shoes from here in the future as well!

Fast delivery, great quality shoe. Seems to be very comfy for my little one and very secure on his foot so he can’t easily slip them off on his own. Breathable and waterproof, great for summer.

We order two pairs of shoes for our toddler who suffers from minor clubfoot, so shoes that focus on foot development are necessary. Both pairs do the job, and are so cute. They seem to be of excellent quality, though i cannot speak for longevity yet. Shoes did take about two weeks to come, but we are still so pleased!

Want to return the items I ordered (and on the website it says they do accept returns and will provide refunds) but customer service are refusing to provide a returns label and keep giving excuses

Terrible customer service. No where on the website to start your return and emailing them is a nightmare. Won’t provide the link to start a return and finally did and it’s an invalid spam link.

My daughter is 18 months and these sandals are so bendy and comfortable for her to run around and play in. Super easy to get on and off too. I'm very happy with my purchase and will purchase another pair. I followed cm measurements rather than age recommendation and was glad I did because she needed the size down. I will definitely buy in the next size too.

They are wide, supple, and simple to put on. She walks on them like clouds because my baby adores them. When purchasing my daughter's first pair of shoes, I couldn't have made a better decision because of the incredible material. I sincerely appreciate everything you do.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Back in February, when my toddler took those first independent steps, I needed something simple yet snug for the tail end of winter and the onset of spring. The support team was incredibly helpful, advising me to go for the 6-12 size for my 15-month-old, whose feet measured 11.5 centimeters – a size I wasn't entirely sure about. Now, my little one confidently toddles around in their shoes with just the right amount of room to wiggle, but not too much. When it's time to size up, I'll certainly be returning for more.

I appreciate that this shoe prioritizes the "health" of my child's feet. He can walk easily as if he were barefoot because to his extremely flexible and thin sole. Because of his spacious toe box, he is quite easy to climb on. I suggest going down a size; my 16-months-old son can comfortably wear a size 6-12 months.

I really like shoes, from the first steps of my child we take only these shoes, and I like the service. They always answer questions and solve any problems.

The shoes were lovely but they were too small for my daughter.

Then the admin started. Their website talks about easy returns so parents can try with no worries. The returns process isn’t easy, requires using the online chat and they offer all sorts of deals under the sun to try and avoid actually just returning and getting money back.

I have returned them. Had an email from what looks like a Chinese email address given the script (sorry, maybe a different country with logographs/symbolic alphabet!) saying they’ve received and it’s in their warehouse. 10 days on and I’ve heard nothing more and no refund yet.
