A fantastic experience! The buying process was simple, the communication was quick, and the products were beyond compare! Shipping takes a while and doesn't update much, but don't let that worry you. It will arrive and it will be fantastic

I've purchased from PokeGalerie twice now, both as pre-order deposits several months in advance of the estimated release date. The first figure released a couple months early, while the second figure came out right on time. In both cases, PokeGalerie promptly sent me an email informing me the items were ready to go and that it was time to pay the remaining balance. Each item took about 2 weeks from paying the final invoice before being shipped. PokeGalerie sent shipment notifications with tracking numbers - for one item, what I paid for shipping ended up being more than it actually cost to ship, so they gave me store credit for the difference. Both items arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The second figure was admittedly difficult for me to assemble (lots of flame pieces that I couldn't figure out where to put lol), but both figures look fantastic!

Communication is excellent. I've sent multiple inquiries about various topics, and PokeGalerie always replied within a day or so. Really felt reassuring to get such fast and detailed answers to all my questions.

After sending the package was canceled without any explanation and I didn’t receive it and didn’t get any refund.

I had accidentally made a purchase on rayquaza statue for the wrong version and before I could figure out the correct one it was sold out and no one absolutely no one has responded to my email about it . Also I received my chibi statues of lugia and ho-oh stating that the ho-oh came in with a broken crest and no one responded to that email either . I’m still going to be a customer because I like the site and it’s amazing collection of Pokemon statues . But responding to emails and addressing the issues would be more appreciated in a timely manner . And not simply ignored

It was my second purchase on Pokegalerie, this time it was a smaller figure and a preorder. Even though it took around a full year for the figure to be produced and delivered, it went perfectly. The customer service was reactive and once the figure was made the shipping went quite fast also, the product was in perfect condition.

I ordered the Walking Wake 1/20 scale figure. It takes almost a year for delivery since it’s custom made and will take especially longer if you’re an international buyer. The sellers are also pretty quick with emailing me back for updates during the long wait. It was worth the wait as it looks super badass. I’m grateful for it especially since I doubt we’ll ever get an official release of this Pokemon of this scale. One thing to note is that because it’s resin, it’s delicate and may break before delivery. My figure had his headpiece broken off but it was an easy fix with super glue. Overall, glad to have this guy in my collection.

I purchased a resin figure made by DAIKI RESEARCH INSTITUTE and recently received it in perfect condition. Excellent communication from poke galerie and my Hydreigon figure ended up being more beautiful than the concept art. Great experience and sellers, would recommend and purchase from again.

I had been waiting a long time for this order. Once I messaged them they apologized because the white chef snorlax wasn't available. But they had the black one, which as a former chef, know the significance of a black chef jacket. Thank you so much for assisting me with this order. He will be the star of a instagram channel I plan on opening under the jonuja line on Instagram 🤗

The package came in good condition. The statue itself was very good quality and I’m very impressed with my first purchase from this company.

Product came damaged they blame it on custom buy there is no way customer damaged only the paint

I bought the Dark Mewtwo figure, which I was waiting for months to be back in stock. The figure is spectacular, I like it a lot. The packaging was very good. The only bad thing was that it took more than a month to arrive. If you are not worried about the waiting time, it is a very good product to buy.

I received everything I had purchased, in good condition, but I wasn't notified when my purchases shipped. It's not the biggest problem, but for the longest time, I just assumed I got scammed.

I ordered the Tinkaton Evo set. The wait was understandable for the product. The quality was good. You could see all the details on Tinkatink, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. The set up was a little bit of a struggle. Only other downside is I can't keep track of the sets easily on the site so I missed out on one.

Item came broken. Refunded me €20 out of a couple hundred.

Arrived quickly, given it was overseas, and un damaged. Shipping was relatively fair. I'll be using them again in the future for more Lati@s figures.

I have sent a lot of emails about different orders I have that weren't replied. I haven't received at least 3 orders: 6674, 5248 and 5246.

Very good service, save shipment 📦 everything came in with no damage. I'm happy. Would definitely buy again here.
