Don’t get it

Don’t get it. We have been fighting with this polar dive for 6 months. It leaks no matter what we do. Not one time have we used it. Buyer beware. Terrible!!!!

My only regret is that I didn’t put the review in 2 weeks ago. I may have saved someone from buying a bS father day gift.

6 weeks and my product has not shipped.

I ordered my Polar Dive MAX Plunge on May 11th. I am writing this on June 20th and as of this date, I have no commitment from this Company to a shipping date. Customer service has sent out several of the same responses to my inquiries which are obviously some sort of autoreply. I highly recommend choosing another option for your purchase.

Tyrell was outstanding and was able to…

Tyrell was outstanding and was able to resolve my relatively complex issue with ease and professionalism.

We have two Polar Dive plunges and have been impressed with the customer service since the beginning. Even the AI agent is amazing.

I would highly recommend working with Pilar Dive USA. Products are great and the service is even better.

Great company - repeat buyer

I have enjoyed Polar Dive products over the past 2 years. I have their sauna and just upgraded to the Polar Dive Max. They have always treated me with respect and handled my issues promptly. Will continue to recommend this company to anyone whom will listen.

Off the charts customer service

On top of well built equipment, the customer team is truly exceptional. The memorial day sale overwhelmed their inventory. Rather than just explaining that away, they jumped into action, shipping me a temporary tub to get me plunging, at no cost. Since they have been so attentive. I can't say enough good about there team... This is the second plunge system I've purchased in the last two years, the polar dive team is the opposite extreme of my first system purchse. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything they sell not matter the cost.

Customer Service was good - Update: trying to make things right

UPDATE: 6/15/2028. Was emailed by Max from Polar Plunge to see how to make things right. I called him and he listened as I voiced all my concerns about product, logistics and quality etc. Making amends I was sent a thermometer and inflatable stairs. Still waiting on filters to arrive, however was provided tracking. The chiller has a energy saver enabled so if it is within 3 degree's it stays there, that was my issue with the chiller. I moved it to 40 and it got to 43 degree's for any others seeing issues. Updated from 1 star to a 4 now that they worked with me to make things right.

Alright, where to begin. I spent 1000 and bought a Pro and pro chiller. It came with a promotional Mat, cleaning supplies, 2 year warranty and shipping protection. I received the cold plunge and chiller in about a month. Fair. The mat and cleaning supplies arrived 14 weeks later. They weren't in production, but they offered it up as it was already a done deal. Customer service helped me through this, but still poor management behind it all and production/logistics. Then I order filters as it states "change monthly" per there app. We're now at week 6 and I still don't have filters. Over promise and under produce. I'm worried my 2 year warranty will be bad next considering it can hardly keep the water below 61 degrees and that's running it 24/7. It's in a climate controlled garage at not getting direct sunlight. I feel like for the price this is a poorly manufactured product and would tell someone to spend there hard earned money elsewhere. If you don't have a product, don't say you do. It's mis leading and making you look like you oversold and unproduced.

Great affordable option

The tub itself isn’t really any different from other brands, but the chiller has worked great! We wouldn’t have been able to afford any other brand so very thankful for a cost efficient option to still get cold plunge benefits!

This is an incredible product

This is an incredible product. I was cold plunging with ice I bought from the store for 2 months and finally made the switch. Best decision ever. Have it in my backyard during the summer and in my basement during the winter months. Recover from my workouts much quicker and gives me a ton of focus at work. Product arrived on time no defects.

Often times when you buy from a new company you wonder about customer service. With Polar Dive it has been nothing but exceptional. They respond to emails quickly and are eager to solve your concerns.

The customer service is phenomenal. I am so pleased with how they handled a back order they can hardly control due to the popularity of a product. They went above and beyond and I’m extremely excited to receive my product. Thanks again. X

Super impressed

Super impressed with the Polar Dive cold plunge—solid build quality, quick to set up, and holds temperature really well. I’ve been using it daily in the morning before work and have seen real improvements in focus and overall energy.

Avoid avoid Avoid

Simple: try to call them. Press for customer service. You will notice the call will be disconnected. You will be met with crummy sales people that over use “I understand” “allow me” “if I may” just the worst door to door salesman approach I ever heard.
They downright will not send a confirmation of cancellation. Avoid avoid avoid.

Order issues

Spoke to Joy today about an issue with the AI answering system and how it was not working properly. Within minutes the COO Max called me directly and immediately took care of not only the issue with the AI problem but asked what could he do to make things right. It’s very refreshing to talk to a live person. The plunge therapy is really helpful with injuries from a car accident. Thank you so much for the immediate response and I look forward to seeing the benefits. Thank you Max and Joy for your support.

Tyrell was amazing.

They have a thorough trouble shooting process before having you use the warranty. At first I thought it was the runaround. But it’s quite the contrary. They want to make sure your unit can’t be fixed. The agent, Tyrell was trying to save me money. The warranty process requires you to pay for the parts and shipping. He didn’t want me spending $300 for the replacement. So he tried his best to fix it. When he couldn’t. He did. Communication was great. Super responsive. Appreciate everything he tried. Will be recommending anyone to this company over any other
