Exceptional customer service! A lot of business “write you off” after you purchase the product, not Polar Dive USA! New and existing customers are in for a rare treat in quality service that you can rely on!

Polar dive has the best costumer service I have ever received .they have answered every question I have had in a timely manner !they have gone completely out of they way to fix them as well . I’m so happy I decided to to go with polar dive on costumer service alone will definitely be a life time costumer just for the customer service alone. The recovery I get from the cold water is top notch as well I have had a few problems with lid and chiller but like I said the costumer set team saved the day and Evan though I’m over my return time the sent me a new one thank you polar dive

My lady bought me the Polar Dive Pro for my birthday and its been a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! I have super achy joints from a decade of service in the military, so running leaves me in pain constantly. I started plunging immediately after my runs, and it has been the greatest relief. No aches or pains after I run! I'm in the gym constantly and this helps me recover on hard training days! 10/10 recommend! 6 stars because 5 isn't enough!

I got this plunge and was so excited set it up and had a couple I think user error so I contacted support and wow talk about response time and so much help! They not once try to push me off or anything. They helped me until i was satisfied and everything working like I was expecting! Highly recommend these guys and the product itself is quality I have been cold plunging for almost 5 years now and have had a couple different types and absolutely love this one!

I have been using the Polar Dive Chiller as well as the original pod for about 3 months now, and it has been exactly as I expected from the advertising on their website.

The product itself is amazing and cools the water down within a couple of hours, and it has been a mandatory part of my recovery regimen since I bought it.

Apart from the product, the customer service has been stellar! They respond quickly and are extremely diligent with their customer support.

Can't recommend this brand enough!

Polar Dive has excellent products at the best price. I have researched cold plunging a lot and they are the best value out there. I found the customer service to be exceptional too. They worked with me to get the right products for my needs when I needed to do some exchanging. They made it fast and simple. Everything about Polar Dive is great!

I had some issues setting up my Polar Dive plunge system. I was very impressed that I got in contact with a human very quickly. And through pictures and videos sent between the company and myself we were able to figure things out. Quick responses and tips that helped. I really appreciated the above and beyond customer service. I’d buy from this company again.

Customer Service is phenomenal. Had a small issue about an order, sent an email on a Saturday night and had a return email that night. Very responsive company. They care about their customers, and product. I have the Max with the chiller. I have purchased other brands of cold plunges in the past. Polar dive is by far the best. Easy to set up, the chiller is very quiet, and the Max tub has plenty of room. 5 Star company.

Customer service with this company is top notch! I had a unique request that was outside the typical realm, and they were very quick to respond and meet my request. I am very impressed with them and am looking forward to enjoying the cold plunge!

I had a question regarding maintenance for one of the products and when I emailed customer service I had a response in less than one hour. I then was sent instructions and a video to assist me with what I needed. I was amazed at how fast and responsive they were.

I have had the polar dive cold plunge and chiller for 6 months now and absolutely love it. I iced my cold plunge for two years and not having to deal with that anymore has been such a luxury. I have friends that have the cold plunge and home sauna and absolutely rave about the sauna. Great products and great customer service.

My wife and I decided on investing in our health with a cold plunge. After some decent research we went with Polar Dive and will never look back! I encourage anyone looking to do something good for their body to invest in this but MOST importantly invest with Polar Dive. Their products and representatives/support are impeccable. The response time with answering questions is unmatched, so quick and very personable. I hold this company in high regard and know anyone that invests with them will feel the same! Overall my experience with them has been great! They did not have thermometers in stock when I bought. I reached out a few months later and they sent me one. The icepod is great! I have zero issues

Amazing product and customer service! Would 100% recommend and buy again!

Leaving my original review below. But updating to note that the COO reached out to explain the internal issue that occurred and apologize for the error. The company also ended up agreeing to refund my chiller purchase without applying the restocking fee (before the COO called me, but after I threatened the customer service agent with a breach of contract action in small claims court).

DISHONEST, AND TERRIBLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE.” I ordered a chiller but never used it (it didn’t work in my space due to outlet configuration, etc) so I tried to set up a return. They said there would be a 15% restocking fee that is not disclosed in their return policy. In addition to having to pay for return shipping!! Not to mention that all their customer service responses are either AI-generated or copy-and-paste form messages. Dishonest, deceitful business practices in my opinion and I will certainly never do business with them ever again.

We recently purchased The Polar Dive with the Pro Chiller, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The setup was incredibly simple, and the portability makes it easy to use just about anywhere.

My fiancé is a runner, and I’m gradually getting back into running/working out after surgery. This has been such a helpful tool for recovery. Cold plunging has so many physical and mental health benefits, and we’ve made it part of our regular routine.

After just two weeks of consistent use, we’re already noticing a difference. It’s been a great investment in our health and recovery, and we highly recommend it.

The product is great, I love my new Polar Dive Pro, but the customer service is even better. I had one little wrinkle getting it setup just right and the responsiveness and detail-oriented nature of the customer service that I received both were beyond expectations.

I’ve had my Polar Dive Pro for almost a month now and couldn’t be more satisfied! Not only have my daily plunges been convenient and exhilarating, the quality of the tub and (Pro) chiller are beyond my expectations.

Plus, the customer service Polar Dive has provided has been way above & beyond! My initial set-up of the tub and chiller was frustrating me because the temp reading on the chiller was around 10 degrees lower than the manual pool thermometer I had put in the tub, despite me lowering the target temperature on the chiller. I reached out to the Polar customer service for help and they replied in less than eight hours with suggestions on correcting the issue.

Shout out to John of Polar Dive customer service for his knowledge and patience with me (I got a little heated at not being able to make the water cold…no pun intended! lol) John provided detailed instructions to sync the chiller’s temp display with the actual water temp. A few hours later I’m plunging in 45 degree water!

Prior to my purchase I had done my research (via Google, of course) trying to find the best combo of performance & value in a plunge system. Everything pointed to Polar Dive being my best option. Of course, I did come across a couple negative reviews that naturally concerned me, but now I’m starting to suspect those reviews might have been BS trolls 🤷🏻‍♂️ In any event, I can attest that both Polar Dive and their staff are professional and high-quality in every way.
