Some orders get fulfilled. Other items just never show up with no explanation. Hard to tell if you get billed for items that don’t arrive or not. The ones that do are quite nice.

Going on 2 months and still haven’t received my order

Fast and simple and a vast selection of clothing that no one really needs to go out and shop, if you just have to.

Ordered a Jacket, waited months to finally settle for store credit as I could no longer take the back and forth communication and lack of resolution. Also, store refused to honor my request for refund. Here I am, waiting for items of cloths that I did not desire in the first place. I am cautiously optimistic that I will actually get my order this time, not holding my breath.

I placed order (#261362) on March/3 and still have not received it.

Please cancel my order and refund money to me.

It looks like your site is a scammed, i have one month since I order something from your site and i never received it. How people will trust buying online.

I have ordered many items from Polomano and they have shipped to me everytime. My last order was a repeat order for my favourite shorts in August of 2023 for $112.15 US funds.
I have contacted customer service and left my Order # 257731 at least 3 times. Each time it sends a response " we're getting your order ready to be shipped"
I am hoping that someone from Polomano will read this and respond. I love their product and have good success for years. All I want is my order to ship or a refund. Thank you for your time

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It’s been over 3 months and I never received my order. I would constantly email them but they would always say it was processing. Once I asked for a refund they stopped responding. I don’t want the order anymore I just want my money back.

I’ve been waiting 12 months for my purchase that’s what’s wrong

I have ordered three shirts since February the 1th they still have not yet been shipped nor reimbursed me. They have a phone number when you tried to call them it did not even ring so the phone timber displays on the website is not working. Every time you email them they told you they will work on your case and yet then they have not done anything. Such a bad company I would’nt recommend anyone to buy stuff because you will lose your money like I did.

They just plainly steal from you.

It been six months now I placed my order of $70 it never came. My Bank even tried to get them refund the money but it didn't work. I think is not even a company but an individual Scam business.

BEWARE: This site is a SCAM. I originally placed an order last year around this time which was never shipped. I never received any updates or tracking number after placing the order. This is very unusual in our current time of having many options to order items online. It's extremely rare that any company would take more than even 5 days to send an update on anything that has been ordered online. After waiting for what I believe was at least a month, I reached out and asked for a refund, which they informed me was only available in the form of *credit* with Polomano. They would not just refund the $61 I paid for a jacket they never shipped me (which is how they run their SCAM - they receive orders and just never ship them). I believe there was also no way to write and specify what your issue was; they only had a multiple choice questionnaire that you fill out. A week or so ago I got back on their site and placed an order using the $61 credit I had. I have an extremely strong suspicion that I will never receive the items. After looking the company up online, I see that a substantial number of other people have had exactly the same thing happen to them. The site is a scam; they offer products which they will never ship. They take your money, do not ship what you've ordered, and instead of allowing you to just have your money back they offer store credit, which is impossible to redeem.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. THE DO NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU BUY THEY WILL NOT RETURN PAYMENTS. THEY SIMPLE STEAL FROM YOU. DO NOT BUY AT POLOMANO!

An absolute shambles of a company. They won’t deliver my jacket, they won’t refund me, they continuously lie about the issue and the customer “service” is infuriating with repetition and bad English. DO NOT buy from them.

Placed an order over three weeks ago. Nothing has been shipped. I’ve been told by email correspondence that my order has been completed and I will get a shipment tracking number soon. This has happened every week since I placed the order and the emails I get are generic auto generated replies which have all been word for word identical. Phone number I found for them does not work. Haven’t even found a way to cancel or ask to refund my order but I am quite certain that would not work either.
