Appalling company . to be avoided ... gave us the run around re delivery date .. then items when they did eventually arrive some were not what we had ordered … company to be avoided !

I haven’t received my order yet been waiting weeks

Bought from them before and will do in future. An excellent business to deal with.

Wrong item was sent out, someone else received our order. When phoned to say about it they said our order was with someone, to which they would be switched over the next day. The order was collected but ours was not delivered when phoned again to ask what had happened was told the people who have received our parcel had just used it. Therefore we have had to wait another week on top the 2 previous weeks for the product.

1st one arrived late and bent.
2nd one arrived bent after opening.
New structure of packing suggested.
Won't order again. Sorry.
People I dealt with v professional and courteous.

Everything was good , apart from delivery which took too long .

Speedy prompt delivery - the size and quality was spot on. I now l know who to call if I need more of this material.

Sales guy very helpful. But my experience of the company hits a brick wall.
Delivery promises broken, again and again.
I’m so exasperated that I can do nothing to improve the situation as I’ve believed a promise is a duty. Not so with this company.
My advice to prospective customers — go elsewhere and explore your choices, as you will, in my experience, be so disappointed, angry, and impotent to resolve issues with this company.

I was in and waiting. Did not ring the bell. On a windy day left by front door and found laying down, thankfully not damaged.
Knew it was delivered by email. Shocking

Ordering was simple, but the delivery was problematic. They quote 5-7 days lead time, I received my order 14 days after order placement and payment.

I had to make multiple telephone calls and emails to get any answers on the delivery. Dates for delivery were given, then never happened. My phone calls were never returned when promised. After 5 days in a row waiting at home for promised deliveries, I was told that the delivery would be in 2 days time, guess what - it turned up on the only day they said it definitely would NOT be delivered!

Delivery was slightly longer than expected, and I had emailed to make an adjustment to one of the sheet sizes and although this was confirmed, it then arrived at its original size.

great, delivery timetable was a few days late.

The delivery process is all over the place. Who knows when product will arrive!

Order only two sheets but still came 50 quid cheaper then Wickes and the ends had be tapped up too!

Absolute Disapointment Of a Company and experience.
Took 2 weeks to deliver
Comunication with the company was bad to a point were I called every departman and no one was able to give me any information on when my order will arrive .
In the end I called in to cancel and no one did so next day the items got delivered with some damaged items.
Do not use this company!!

After numerous messages due to delay of order we received the clips but no polycarbonate sheet. I wasted 3 days at home as dhl failed to give a delivery date to then discover they didnt have the sheet. I did contact company who apologised and arranged replacement. It arrived within 3 days however , on opening it a few days later we discovered it was damaged. Awaiting contact from company. Overall experience to date poor.

Lots of promises very little action told they were in stock even phoned to check told 3to 6 days . Reality was they were in stock they source from a third party and use a third party transport that you couldn’t contact . Kept swapping jobs about to wait for these . Product was fine service was appalling won’t use again
