Company in now in administration
I too received an email stating there was a delay with the shipment. I've just enquired about my order, only to discover that they have gone into administration.
I've now contacted my bank to start a claim.

Non delivery - and no customer service
Update 5th July, still no response from polycarbonatee xpress, a dispute was raised with PayPal and it's no surprise that polycarbonate express didn't respond to that either, so PayPal has provided a full refund.

I placed an order with a delivery estimate of 3 to 7 working days, and was told I would receive tracking info when it was despatched. At the end of the 7 days I still had not received a despatch notification or any tracking info so I e-mailed for an updated delivery estimate. I did not receive a response to my email so I called the number on the order confirmation email, The number was answered by a recorded message stating that they no longer accept phone calls and I should email or use the live message service on their website. As I had had no response to email I tried the "live" messaging option instead, to which I received no reply! I can't comment on the quality of the product as I've not received it, but the customer service is non-existent. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so will now open a dispute via them to recover my money.

ordered and paid for roofing sheets on 3/6 recieved confirmation email with delivery of between 6th and 12th june. delivery has not arrived despite trying to contact via email, online chat and a phone number on the website (which is not in use according to the recorded message) no one came back to me and I have had to cancel the order and request a refund via my credit card. I have used the company previously but will not be doing so again, very poor indeed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. On approximately 9th April I ordered a sheet of polycarbonate from these people (Order No 4050). They took my money without problem when I placed the order. Three times over the next month they said they had sent the sheet via DHL. Three times DHL said they never received the sheet. I asked for the telephone number of the CEO (Daniel). They refused saying I should email him. I did this. He did not have the courtesy to reply. Then I said I wanted my money back. They said ok but it did not appear. Then they said their refund mechanism would not work. They suggested obtaining a refund through my credit card. The credit card people have indicated I will get my money back. This series of events, now lasting 2 months has been a very unpleasant experience for me. Do not use these people
3 day delivery became 4-6 weeks forecast
When I ordered, I was led to believe I could collect the goods myself in three days, but the day after ordering, I received an e-mail saying my order may be delayed by up to 4-6 weeks. Why was this long lead time not made clear at the time of my order?
In fairness, I have been offered a full refund or a 10% discount if I am prepared to wait. I opted to wait and just hope I get the goods eventually.
UPDATE: 3 July 2025:
- I never received the offered 10% discount for waiting until they had stock.
-I have received no word from them since 29 May 2025.
-Their phone number is just a recorded message saying they have withdrawn phone support.
In conclusion, this company is NOT trustworthy.

Paid for materials that never arrived. Delivery was promised, cancelled and excuses given. Took quite a while to get a refund - thankfully I used PayPal, otherwise it may have been even more difficult.
Still awaiting my agreed refund for the delay I had.
I placed an order for several sheets of Polycarbonate on 6th May, and later the same day received an email advising of a possible delayed shipment and I had two choices, I could either cancel my order for a full refund, or I could wait the extra time for the delivery to arrive, and would receive a 10% refund on the amount I paid. I decided to take the latter option, and the sheets arrived, and I confirmed back to the company that all was received ok on 16th May and could they process my refund, I have twice since contacted them for a refund but have received nothing back. This is very poor customer service.

If I could rate it zero stars I would! Absolute joke. Failed to deliver my order then they wouldn’t refund me my money! They said they were going into administration and I’d have to chase my money through PayPal!! Still have not received my money and they are still taking orders!! BEWARE AT ALL COSTS
6 failed promised deliveries in over a month
So many "We will deliver on ..." that didn't arrive, in over month, I wont bore you with the details. After a month of failed promised deliveries I cancelled the order and bought the panel elsewhere for little more than a few pounds extra.
Laughably the panel from Polycarbonate Xpress turned up 4 days after I cancelled the order. I sent it away as I had cancelled it.
Fortunately Paypal refunded me as I fear I may otherwise have struggled to get my money back.
This was the second time I ordered from Polycarbonate Xpress. The first order took 3 weeks to arrive (not their suggested 5 to 10 working days). I stupidly assumed this was an unfortunate anomaly; apparently not so.

Stock issues. No refund. Lies
Initially placed order and received no confirmation. Contacted them the next day through website chat to confirm the ordered was received, was told they would send confirmation again as it was received. This was received, and about an hour later was told their stock was delayed in Israel and I could have discount of refund. I opted for refund and they said they would sort. I paid using PayPal. 2 weeks passed, nothing. Emailed them and was told they we having issues processing refund at the moment and to raise dispute with PayPal. Another week passed, still nothing. Emailed them again a week ago and also on the PayPal dispute. Nothing. Do not use this company. Problems from the beginning.

I regret the day I placed an order with this company. The first excuse was that the delivery was delayed due to their courier being short of staff and then a week later the excuse was that the raw material was stuck in a shipping container coming from Israel. At this point I was offered a refund which I duly accepted. Almost 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund and their latest communication is that I need to log a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Complete shambles.
