Polycarbonate Xpress 

3 weeks and the 4 little pieces I ordered are not here

I haven't received the order. Nobody has responded to emails asking for an update on when I am likely to receive it. It has now been two weeks since placing the order.

Ordered on 20th August, arrived 5th September. Judging by other reviews this company are struggling with delivering on time. Hopefully they will attend to this issue.

I ordered some polycarbonate on 19 August with an estimated delivery 22 - 27 Aug . The next day they sent an email changing delivery date to 28 Aug. When it had not arrived on 30 Aug. I emailed and got a new delivery date - 4 Sept. It did arrive on that date. Not what I would call Xpress!! This delay caused a delay to the commission which I was carrying out. Definitely not a company that I would recommend or use again.

I received the three clear acrylic sheets for my greenhouse, but unfortunately the one angled sheet had not been cut to size correctly. It was delivered with matching side lengths.
I had specified the sizes on the chat option and then confirmed with the customer service person when he called me back.
Fortunately I was able to trim to size myself but that shouldn't have been the case.
Delivery was slower than expected, but probably due to Bank Holiday.
Otherwise, the 2 remaining sheets were perfect and I'm happy with the product.

I had 3 different delivery dates ,so rang the transport manager to query this he said “ leave it with me I’ll call you back “ HE DIDN'T ! Finally got a delivery date from another dept ,waited in all day NO DELIVERY !phoned the next day got another delivery date .
The delivery arrived early on the day it was promised only to find one of the item had been bent by someone to get it in his lorry (furious)
Rang the transport manager again he promised to call me back HE DIDN’T ! So I rang again this time I get an email address so we sent photos of the bent item . I don’t hold out much hope as so far the customer service has been terrible.

Purchased an item on the 16th of August. It's now the 30th today still no show as of yet . No tracking provided, when I contacted the sales team twice they just gave a date it was coming by which is today . Not holding my breathe don't think it will turn up. But we'll see eh. They tell you not to book tradesman to fit ,I can see why.

Absolute rubbish dates given for delivery never turned up phoned most days to see where it was full of excuses finally after two weeks it arrived would not recommend

Easy to order with lots of choice. Delivery was 4 days late.

Delivery delayed multiple times

The roofing polycarbonate was fine but the H joining strips were Impossible to put in!! I even phoned customer services and they could not help either !
Save your money and just buy corrugated sheets that you overlap!

They were very helpful answering questions about the product and providing advice to help me find the most suitable option. My order, once submitted, was processed quickly and arrived on time and in good condition. Obviously, since I've only had it for a few weeks, I can't comment on how long the product lasts but so far I'm pleased with it. It was quite easy to install, looks nice and is very functional.
