Well wrapped and Cut perfectly to size, only let down by the slower delivery than advertised.

Part of my order was not delivered

Part of my order was not delivered. Was told it would be delivered on a specific day within 6 days of informing them some items were missing. Has not arrived so my project to re-roof our green house is now 2 weeks behnd schedule! Not impressed.

We apologies that part of your order was not delivered when expected, we have a reason to believe from our courier that this was attempted but failed due to no one being home and no answer on the phone, this then lead to them having to re attempt delivery which then caused a delay. Greenhouse

Great product, far easier to handle than glass. Cut to exact size so really easy to fit in greenhouse. Helpful sales person & delivered on date quoted. Well done! Thank you

Haven't received my order Was told…

Haven't received my order Was told delivery 4th after waiting for 10 days then it didn't turn up on the 4th so I got in contact and was told it would be with me today the 5th still not arrived

Unfortunately we only go off what our couriers tell us with the dates of delivery, sometimes there can be delays which we understand can be frustrating. Sales helpful, delivery a shambles

Sales were helpful, delivery was a shambles. I spent £3500 for solid polycarb some with cutouts. It was delivered with no cutouts and no offer to fix. There was only one delivery person to unload 6m long sheets. Consequently the edges were scraped along the pavement. All in all, a disappointing experience. The improvements required are obvious and simple.

Great service

Great service, I was struggling with the online order so gave them a call, they took my order for the main sheet and made sure I had enough extras for the fitting and finish

The only downside is the delivery price and time - 9 days for only small order of trims and £25 delivery charge 👎

Unfortunately there can be delays and all orders small or large are sent via our carrier on delivery and can depend when they are in the area. Easy to order for your size requirements. Delivered on the day estimated 8 workings days later. Good quality replacement panels straight into position.

Ordered and paid for on 10.10.24 - not received yet!!

Ordered and paid for on 10.10.24 and today it is 30.10.24. Twenty days after ordering and paying for the goods they have still not arrived!!! DHL tried to deliver on 23.10.24 but they had damaged the product (cracked and broken so I refused delivery). I am awaiting a replacement or an explanation. Maybe there will be some news soon?
