they took money said could not provide the product
I have two orders in with this company - made 17th and 22nd November 2024. cost of both just under £900. The product is for our animal rescue centre WildSide Exotic Rescue to improve winter quarters for monkeys and foxes. the first obvious issue is that the express part rarely happens. On chasing the orders I am informed I will get one but as their payment process has problems they cannot progress the second and if I want my money back I have to contact my bank. WOW. checked my bank statement they have the money, they know the exact sizes of the order so nothing is stopping them from supply except themselves. if they have an issue with world pay that should be an internal issue and they suck up the issues but to so casually leave their customer with no product and having to work hard to retrieve their money is little short of criminal.

We have also advised how to get your money back as we physically cannot. We wish we could control this unfortunate circumstance but we can not other than advise. We are not holding the funds of our customers and our payment processor is, therefore we are unable to process the order due to us not having the funds to pay for the materials and to get them sent out to you. I hope you have a better understanding of this as we spoke via phone call and email.

I ordered my polycarbonate sheet paid for and they said that they cannot process the order as they are having problems with retrieving the money but my money already gone out of my account and still no polycarbonate sheet very annoying

non-existent after-sales support
I had to make a second order to get the parts missing from the first order and was asked to pay for that. Seemed wrong as they had not provided the right length of F section, and the end closure was missing. It was also missing from the third order. I then suggested they post this to me FOC and never heard from them again.
