Polycarbonate Xpress 

The polycarbonate twin wall is a nice product cut to my spec. The price was the best by miles and delivery good. My only issue is that I didnot get a confirmation of order, just a payment confirmation. I confirmed it with the company over the phone.

Very helpful on my delivery

Terrible service. Ordered 2 polycarb sheets cut to size. Received a call day prior to delivery date advising item not in stock and will arrive the week later. The next week after no contact on delivery called them they said will arrive the next week. After 3rd week delay was told they didn't need to tell me anything re delays. Cancelled order. Still awaiting refund 5 weeks later.

Ordered 21/09, told delivery was delayed to 2-4th Oct on 26/09, delivery didn't arrive until 7th Oct. Will not use again.

Still not delivered and not scheduled yet!!!

Sound guy turned up early I was in bed due to my tablets I was like a zombie but everything was fine

The problem is not with the product or with the amount of time it took to deliver. Promised 2-5 days more like 10.
The problem was the lack of communications and the wrong information causing me to take more time off than needed.
Firstly when I ordered no confirmation email which I would expect. Then after 5 days I had to phone company with the closing statement we will call you back with delivery date. Text receive delivery delayed will be with you Thursday so took the day off. Thursday came and went with no delivery again I had to phone and advised order delayed would be delayed and would be with me Monday.
I have no problem with delivery being delayed not great because their website promises 2 -5 days, if I would have known it was going to 10 days+ I would have gone somewhere else. The problem is with the lack of communication

Overall I was very satisfied. The delivery was slightly delayed but otherwise everything was fine.

So far we have been given two different delivery timescales, both now passed - still awaiting delivery. No communication to provide an update on expected delivery. Disappointing. Needless to say very prompt in taking full payment.

well to start you say 3-7 days for deliver i am still waiting and will not get till 20 days after order. when i got an email saying i would get to day,not happy

We ordered, made to measure polycarbonate sheets.
Poor communication from the company and the transport company.
Two failed delivery dates, one due to the British weather, very poor excuse when you're based in Britain.
No apology from anyone, no updates on delivery times.
Not impressed at all.
If it wasn't for the fact that the sheets are made to measure, the order would have been cancelled.

The goods were late and they were left at the wrong address and it was two days later before we located them despite providing directions over the phone to the driver

Estimated delivery was 3-5 working days
After many phone calls and chasing up finally received about 2weeks later. Don’t book workmen until you have materials on site!!!
Very poor communication and customer care eg promising to get back to you but don’t on several occasions
No communication with delivery guys or should I say guy it was just luck that I was there to help him carry the huge polycarbonate roof sheets or he would have had to drag them down the drive to end up damaged no doubt and as it was a little windy might have ended up down street
Not happy with the working ways of this company AT ALL !!!!

Good price and relatively quick delivery, apart frim the fact due to staff issues, it arrived a day later than planned and no communication from polycarbonate express. I had to chase up. But don't let that put you off sibce Abi was very goid and courier satisfactory, no damage on delivery

Ordered a replacement piece of polycarbonate for a storm damaged greenhouse. Got a phone call to say it would be delayed, which was a great touch and when it arrived it fitted like a glove! Will definitely be using again (after the next storm probably!)

The order took 10 working days to deliver . Not the 5 to 7 stated. The communication was appalling . The order had parts missing. I received a message giving a delivery date of 3 days. The message for the missing parts said by the end of the week and it came the week after.

Good price, friendly, helpful and respectful staff

Little late on delivery but not an issue . Great product.
