Polycarbonate Xpress 

Two things, delivery was poor but when finally it came when DHL said.
Secondly, during the delay, I asked if I could increase the order only to be told I would have to pay double delivery charges (which, at £15 each I thought was too expensive).

This invitation for a review was received 14 days after placing the order. Currently at 16 days after placing the order, but still nothing has been delivered. Makes no sense!

Good quality product, with good fixings and profiles, that fits together perfectly

Ordered a sheet of Polycarbonate from so called polycarbonate express on the 4th September Still NOT received delivery and it's the 22nd, numerous emails and phone calls, numerous ETA's later and no item received, staff unhelpful and I'd go as far to say rude and incompetent at times, do yourself a favour go elsewhere, do not order from here

Didn't have thickness requested, replaced with next size up for no extra

Although the wrong product was first delivered it was replaced straight away.

Numerous e-mails sent and recieved,issue was with manufacture apparently,finally got my product after various sent and then missed delivery dates.Not impressed .

Goods left with no note in door to say where they were.

This is the first time I’ve ordered of you - I thought the express in your name would be a clue to delivery times!!!
I ordered on the 28/08/24 - was given a delivery date of 06/09/24 which I thought was a bit long, that delivery date was altered twice!! I finally received it on the 12/09/24 - with part of the polycarbonate slipping out of the packaging!!! So unlikely to use you again.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Polycarbonate Express.
I paid by PayPal for protection. im glad i did.
i received no acknowledgment, no receipt. i call several times and kept being cut off/ hung up on. i finally got through 2 weeks later and got a receipt sent through.
then the next day got a phone call saying they cant honour my order.
finally got a refund.
So no communication.
No receipt.
no emails
money taken for 2 weeks.
no order.

what a way to make money. hold peoples money for two weeks then refund.

if they do this to a lot of people, thats a lot of money they hold in their bank account.

Great communication and attention to detail, and rapid order fulfilment - five star service!!

Must be able to give a date and approximate time for delivery in this day and age.

Shocking service. Ordered standard pieces on August 28th, advised via email that the goods would be delivered no later than September 6th and had contractors booked for the 7th to complete work. The 6th came along and no goods delivered by lunchtime. Called three times to be fobbed off each time. Finally received a text message at 17.02 advising that the goods had been dispatched and would arrive the following week. Called immediately and surprise, surprise office closed. Recorded message advised that the offices would be open for calls between 8 and 4 on the Saturday. Tried to call various times on the Saturday. No response so left a voicemail. No response to the voicemail provided. Roll on to September 12th and no goods delivered. Called at 13.15 to chase up the order - rep advised that they would chase and call me back. Having heard nothing, I called at 16.40 to chase again and was told that they were having trouble with suppliers. Told the rep to cancel my order and process a refund. Told that they would but that the funds would take 3-5 working days to be returned!!!! Such a shame, as the website looks really good and when I did manage to talk with someone they were very polite. Had they been more communicative and let me know what was happening, I would have given them more of the benefit of the doubt. However, as it is, all they have done is cost me time and money. Such a shame.

Pleasant helpful staff / good quality product sent in appropriate packaging / realistic prices / supplied and delivered to my door in a reasonable timeframe. They do and deliver exactly as they describe.

Great customer service - the team on the phones were proactive, helpfull knowledgable - and were clearly empowered to make decisions to hel me as a customer.
