Sent me a defective light
Sent me a defective light. Paid money to have my local pool company out and install a defective product. Called pool zoom to warranty out the light and I was told they can not help me over the phone and that I need to email the company lol.

Long shipping time
Ordered the parts on a Wednesday and the site said it would arrive on Saturday. Was planning on using the weekend to make the repair to my pool equipment. Parts didn’t arrive until Wednesday which kept the pool un-repaired for a much longer period of time.

I received the items in a timely manner, but some expired chemicals
I received the items in a timely manner. But one of the chemicals expire on the same month item was received and two others in 5 months. I was hoping that they at least lasted till next year.
Update: Poolzoom reach back out and address the problem in a timely manner and sent out a new set of chemicals. Thank you!
