O ring on tank was damaged during factory assembly and discovered when unpacked. Pool Zoom notified but waiting on notification of replacement shipment.

Shipping was fast. However the plastic nut that secures the power cord to dolphin cleaner cracked upon install. I did not overtighten the nut as it was hand screwed. Can this item be exchanged for the same item? Return policy seems do state that item cannot be returned / exchanged after install.

I needed the bottom section of the circuitry for my 30 year old Pac Fab (Now Pentair) filter. After determining the part number I found it listed on PoolZoom's website. I called and confirmed it was in stock. They had several of them. As my pool was out of service I needed this in a hurry. I ordered from PoolZoom and was pleasantly surprised it arrived the very next day due to their fast shipping.
The people were extremely helpful when speaking in the phone. Their shipping was faster than I expected. I will be using them again for any future pool needs.

I ordered a $90 part for my Maytronics M500 pool cleaner that Poolzoom had in stock despite the 3 weeks delay in shipping at every other pool supplier. The part was shipped 2 days after I ordered it, and I received it one day before estimated delivery date. The part was packaged very securely, it was the original OEM part as advertised, and it was a perfect replacement for the broken part. Poolzoom sent emails for every stage of the order to make me feel secure that things were moving at a good pace. I had no reason to contact them about the order since their automatic emails kept me informed. So I don't understand those negative reviews Poolzoom gets. I was amazed that the price was right, the part was in stock, it was exactly as advertised, it was delivered ahead of schedule, it was a perfect replacement part, and my pool is now crystal clear. All I can say is "Thanks, Poolzoom. I'll be back!"

First item was lost during shipping and took a few days for an actual person to answer my queries but sent another. They did tell me they would expedite shipping but sent the next one via the same slow USPS process. Ultimately took almost three weeks to get a part I needed right now. I won’t use them again.

I would give no stars if I could. Order a specific filter for a job and paid a certain amount for shipping for this product to arrive to us by 8/4. Now they updated the shipping and said that it will not be arriving until 8/13. The shipping company said they didn’t even give release the item to them until the 31st of July and that it was never going to be possible to deliver it in that time span and they want to give us the run around about getting a refund. Saying we have to eat the cost for shipping the filter when the expedited shipping timeline was not even going to be met. In addition told us we have to call the shipping company to refuse delivery and the shipping company is telling us we have to call pool zoom to cancel the order in order to do that. So we just keep going in circles. Purchase else where …

Ordered something by mistake, tried to cancel a minute later. They decided to ship anyways and now want to charge a $800 restocking fee. Don’t order from them.

Purchased a new Salt 3 Integrated salt/ozone system on 04/28/2025. Installed first week on May, system NEVER worked, always a flow error. Attempted to work issues with manufacturer but unable to resolve. Poolzoom won't take it back, now I'm stuck with a new/broken system and $1300 bill to pay. I wouldn't recommend poolzoom or the manufacturer.

The worst customer service in the pool industry. I purchased the wrong size hose. I am trying to return it. I tried calling , to no avail. No call back. I get an email saying it’s the busiest time of the year. Knowing that , you think they would prepare for the season. Maybe I will open my pool in February next year and get though to them 😀

Ordered a replacement part for my pool robot which upon installing never worked. The same day I received the item I called to start the return process and was told to wait a few days for the label. Now they are saying it can’t be returned because it was opened and I need to go through Maytronics for warranty. Basically refusing the 30 day return policy. Filed a charge back and a BBB report. Avoid this company unless you want to risk loosing your hard earned money.

I ordered a part just before Christmas, 6 days in I called and in no part was this PoolZooms fault, the part sat at the USPS warehouse for longer than expected.
Spoke to a lady called Kayla who was very friendly and helpful, she actually followed up a day or so later.
Parts arrived as advertised with very good instructions.
No complaints from me, not often one receives customer service like this.

I spent 177.00 on parts to rebuild my Polaris 380. The main drive I received had wobble in it. I sent in a video, which they said they never received. I was told they needed this for the manufacture to investigate this issue. I told them I just needed the gear. It’s a 5.00 part. You just lost a customer for only 5.00. And this review will have other customers look elsewhere for parts. Poolzoom thumb down.
Company sent me a defective Nautilus CC Plus Motor. I reached out, and they requested the serial number so that they could file a warranty claim and send me a new motor. That all went relatively smoothly. However, it's now been over 40 days and countless phone calls and have yet to receive a replacement part. Every phone call requires sitting on hold for quite some time only be told the part will soon be sent, but of course it's never sent. At this point, I'll be trying a credit card chargeback as well as filling a BBB complaint.

When I ordered it said my item would be here Friday. That’s the only reason we used this site. Now it says Monday. My pool is leaking and now it’s gotta sit an extra 3 days? Not cool
My experience with customer service, branded product that fit exactly, and quick shipping was/is great. I’ve spent over $900 dollars with PoolZoom without a hitch. Chris is on the ball when it comes to information and follow-up. I was surprised when Chris was getting back to me quickly with information I needed and the emails showed time of reply, and I honestly believe that he is reviewing customer information after work hours with reply. I highly recommend PoolZoom for pool products.
