Fast and reliable! I have bought several items from Pop Collectibles in the last 2-3 years, and never had the slighest issue.

No complaints. Generally consistent, well packed items over the years. Shipping can vary in cost and the cost of it is sometimes confusing, but otherwise good service.

This is my second time preordering with the company and it’s been pretty good. I get updates from them as well as the company making the figure, they’ve got the best prices, and their shipping has been reliable for me. Will more than likely use them again in the coming future.

I ordered and paid for 3 figures and they only sent me 2 and they fought me about the charges for almost a year. Never refunded the money and now almost a year later they still haven’t sent my missing figure and obviously never will, it was an $81 loss!!!! Crap company.

I was told to take down my review and let them fix the problem with my broken item I ordered from popcollectibles. This was in November 2025 and it is now almost February 2026 and I have not heard anything back from them yet.

I had to take my honest review down so I could get my refund but now I have my refund I feel I should give my honest review. This company is either filled with really incompetent people or lying scumbags I preordered a figure in March with a release date of late July I sent them countless emails with them only replying to a handful in October I asked when I’d receive my item they said that it had arrived at the warehouse and was ready to be shipped out I didn’t hear anything from them until I posted a review on here they said I’d get my figure and a good discount(which I never received) for my inconvenience. The review was taken down by me but still nothing from pop collectibles I only managed to get shipping information only when I wrote another review(which they responded to and lied saying they’d sent a number of emails about shipping they didn’t send a single one) please for your own sake don’t buy from this company you’d be better off throwing your money down a well and wishing for it yourself.

Pop collectibles scammed me. Cancelled my order and forfeited my deposit.

The packaging was great and the shipping was super fast. I will buy from them again

Responsive customer service

I have ordered from Pop Collectibles several times now, this is my third Inart figure I have ordered. Prices at pre-order time are good and competitive with other sellers so I'm happy order from here. Shipping is usually very quick. Looking forward to receiving my deluxe Inart Nazgul!

I expected to fully get scammed from these comments i read but i gave them time and other than a delay from fedex i wouldn't call these guys scammers they did pretty well

This was my first time ordering from Pop and all I can say is my experience was excellent from the ordering process to being kept updated and then my items arriving. My only small criticism was that one of the boxes containing my Batman hot toys figure had some dents and creases but the contents was in mint condition and it had been well wrapped so I assume it was dented on the journey to the UK. I will definitely be ordering again from this company and thanks to all the staff for a great job.

I recently pre ordered the Inart Thorin figure and was impressed that the email confirmation arrived earlier than expected. This store has proven reliable for exclusive items, and I highly recommend it to collectors worldwide, especially those in the USA like myself.

Very useful and simple so far. Shipping a little expensive but secure.
