Ordered x3 items in Janaury, but they arrived seperately and took over 1 month to arrive. Only x2 items were delivered, no idea where the last item is.

Popjulia, Just Fashion Now, Stylewe and many many others are all part of one huge scam. 😡😡😡😡 Beware. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CHINESE SCAM.

It's Too Bad..
The product photo and the product delivered are so different, too bad quality and smell like moldy. I have to send it back to China. It's too expensive. I was so angry that I paid $110 for return.

Is popjulia and stylewe the same company. My review of popjulia is that it has taken way to long for my order to arrive. Was sent several tracking numbers that did not work, several emails back and forth to popjulia to get a status on my order, still waiting for my order. They except payment very fast an give you a 5-7 business day for your order to be shipped order placed on 14 Jan today's date 30 Jan still waiting for my order..

Don’t believe any 4 or 5 star reviews. I am one of the victims who bought from this company. They sold false advertised cheap rags: I can’t even call them clothes because of how cheap the material and poorly made. And their size is way too small that you can’t even put them on as apron. It took forever to arrive since it is mailed from China and no time for them to take your credit card money. Then don’t even try to return it. First of all, their return label is invalid. Second, you have to do it out of your own expense $$. Lastly, you will never get to the bottom of return and refund until months later you received a returned package all the way back from China. You try to email them about what is going on and they act like you are an id1ot. It is absolutely horrible experience that lasts for months and still no end of it.
I am 100% convinced this company is a vicious scammer from China that takes advantage of the trusting nature of US consumers. They even have a fake review campaign to poison online review site like this one. If there is a consumer watch group out there, please stop this company to operate in US!!!

I will give negative star if such an option were available. I don't know where all those high stars come from, my guess is they were fake reviewers paid by this shady business Popjulia. Clothing quality is just terrible. There is no style or cut to speak of from the fabric I received. I kept the shoes I ordered only because the Peking Opera faces are very cute, they were way too narrow but I kept them anyway. The rest I requested for refund. The customer service was timely in their responses. They offered me 15% cash refund which I declined (my total was roughly 200USD). They emailed me a shipping label which I right away sent over to China ($35 postage but I was wiling to bite the bullet). About 2 to 3 months later right before Christmas, I received my package back from postal service because no one in China would accept the package. Besides being angry of being a victim of this borderline scam, I am more disappointed at this Chinese e-commerce company. Being Chinese myself, I would like to support my fellow countrymen's business, but Popjulia completed crushed my good faith and perhaps it is indeed as the Chinese saying goes: 无商不奸 businessmen are all evil.

I made request to return the product that I order due to the material does not meet my expectation.
They respond my request right away but suggest me taking discount for the product because the product has ship back to China. But I still decide to return the product. I send through USPS on 8/15/2018 and paid $35 of postage but as today 12/5/2018, I still did not get my refund back yet.
I e mailed the service department in October however she told me they has not found my returned package yet. She ask me to trace the product
But USPS said Tracking unavailable to this destination country. Because this is outside of US.
This product was requested return to Guangzhou ,Guangdong ,China

SCAM. It's a scam. Exactly like Just Fashion Now.
Don't buy, everything is fake. Even the "5 star" reviews here are fake. Beware.

Terrible,terrible company. Their product is garbage. Don't buy from them. They are not honest, liars. I bought from them few items, was completely garbage, sent them back, spent money for shipping back and they never return me money. Tracking number showed that they got my package.
Never ever buy from them. You only loosing money.

Should be no stars! Disgusting quality. One wash would probably destroy. No wash tags...no tags whatsoever. Arrived 2 months later. Sizes way off. One sweater smells so bad of chemicals I'm sure its carcinogenic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don't bother! Dreadful quality. Nothing like the pictures. Sizing wrong. REALLY cheap material and terrible finishing.

Purchasing with this company is literally throwing your money into the wind. I ordered 2 items and was billed immediately. I received ONE item a month after I placed the order and it wasn't even what I ordered! The other item never shipped at all. After opening up a dispute with my CC company I was FINALLY offered a refund of 30% OR I had the option to ship back what I did not even order at my expense which would had cost more than what I originally paid. More importantly, this site poaches pictures of clothes from other websites and knocks them off with the most disgusting materials you've ever seen. Save your $$$!!!!

It's a scam. After one month of purchasing they didn't even shipped the product and they always try to buy time. Don't go for it. The good reviews here are also a trick, don't go for it!!!

You may waited for 1 month or even longer, and received a low quality and even not as what you ordered. When you contact their costumer service (by email only) ask return the item, you first have to pay the mailing fee and mail it all the way back to China when you have no idea if you can get your money back!
Will never shop with Popjulia

Bought 8 dresses to try for a wedding then return the rest. It took almost a month for them to arrive and ONLY 2 out of the 6 styles I ordered looked like they did in the photos on their website. The quality of each item was cheap and majority of the clothing was see through. Returning the remaining dresses that didn’t work was an unbelievable nightmare! They make you log in to your and tell them you want to return them, then you have to wait 24 hours for a reply, then when they do reply they encourage you to keep the items instead of sending them back for a 15-20% store credit of your original purchase! You are responsible for all of the shipping costs and if they get it and feel it’s not up to their “standards” they can refuse your refund. What a joke! Would not recommend purchasing from this site even to my worst enemies!

The quality of the clothes is not good. The size of their chart is not reliable. I bought 5 shirts/dresses, but only one is okay. The return process is too complicate, so I stop there.

I have very bad experience with this company. I ordered around $119 dresses from online at April and got my items one month late. The color of the dress is significant different from the website and size not fit also. I contacted seller and asked instruction about return. I paid $24 for return shipment. I have not got my money back after 4 months. I contacted seller several times. They said they have not received my return shipment.
I contacted USPS with the tracking number. USPS can not track the bag after leaving the US airport. So seller resist they have not received my return shipping and refuse to refund my money. I total cost around $140 for NOTHING and countless time to deal with seller. Hope this story will avoid you to get bad situation like what I had.

Beware this is a China company. I ordered shoes that did not fit and was told that I would be responsible for return postage, any duty charges that might be incurred, I must respond within 7 days to everyone of their emails or my request would be dropped. Now I am stuck with shoes that don't fit and no recourse. Do not buy from this company. It also appears there are many reviews that don't sound real.

Don't be fooled by their website, they are not a UK company and their items ship from China. They may be cheap in price but are also extremely cheap in quality too. We purchased 3 dresses altogether, had to wait 3 weeks to receive the first 2. After 5 weeks having not received the third (hoping it would be better quality) we cancelled for a refund.
