I bought Betsie, a cotton sleeveless dress for my holiday. However, when the weather changed, I decided I would be better off wearing it rather than leaving it in the suitcase. I got quite e few compliments about how crisp the black and white gingham looked and more importantly how I looked wearing it.
I liked how cool I felt, the comfort of being able to slip my hands in the pockets. I was especially impressed by the side panels under my arms which made the dress sit perfectly, umlile other sleeveless dresses that gap and gape exposing your bra. I felt #popsypretty & #popsyconfident, so much so that I ordered the same style of dress in a different print

Shoes fine and as expected but didn’t fit.
I understand this is a small business so if you need to return something; you have to pay the postage. I sent the shoes back last week and when I enquired, they were unable to advise how long the refund would take to process - and Ive had no email to confirm they’ve received the return save for my Royal Mail tracking document. On reflection the returns process is a bit of a hassle so although I like popsy I don’t think I’ll bother again as the cost of returning the shoes and the time to process the return are a bit frustrating.

I adore Popsy clothing. The fun designs and quality fabrics are a treat. I have many compliments when I wear one of my many Popsy dresses.

The dress was awful , the first one out of a lot I’ve ordered , but the customer service was OUTSTANDING .
As it always is .
Refunded straight after it was received back by them .
My only gripe is having to pay for a returned item. I do wish this would change but as new customers order several sizes I understand why it won’t happen but for established customers who have ordered lots of times and don’t return they could make an exception …..

Ordered a playsuit and loved it so much I immediately went and bought more.
Beautiful designs and good quality too. One item I received was unfortunately faulty (small holes in the fabric) but sent it back it was quickly exchanged for a new one - which was perfect. Will definitely shop at Popsy clothing again.

Jacket colours for me just right but disappointed as if I’d known there wasn’t a zip closure I wouldn’t have purchased. Luckily for me a very good friend fitted a zip for me.

Quality of items excellent. Value for money is great. Dispatch is usually same day. Can highly recommend.
