Incredible service from Alison. Alison sold me a car, then facilitated it being supplied to me through another branch because it suited me better, even though it cost her the sale.
It's a big decision spending £100k+ on a car and knowing people do the right thing by you is important. Alison does that.

I ordered a new Macan from Porsche Teesside in January. I have experienced first class service from Allison who is looking after my order. From first contact I have found her extremely helpful and proactive in assisting me with my new car. Answers all emails promptly and always returns calls when requested. She takes the time to make sure I’m happy and nothing feels rushed. New car expected in June and she has given me confidence that everything up to delivery will run smoothly.

I visited the Porsche Teesside showroom recently and expressed an interest in arranging a test drive in the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo. Allison Woodhouse kept me up to date with the car’s availability and earlier this week arranged for me to have the car for the day.
On the day I received a warm welcome from Allison – who ensured that the formalities were handled smoothly, then Ben Travis talked me through the vehicle’s controls before accompanying me for a spin around the block to ensure I was comfortable driving the vehicle.
After a few hours driving this amazing car, I returned to the showroom and was met by Allison and Ben to give feedback on my drive and was impressed with Ben’s detailed technical knowledge and his responses to my queries.
Overall, I couldn’t fault the relaxing environment at the showroom facilities at Porsche Teesside and the warm, professional and friendly manner in which I was dealt with by both Allison and Ben. Both went out of their way to make my experience an enjoyable one and I look forward to dealing with them both again when I buy my first Porsche.

I am in the process off looking for / buying a Porsche Cayman. I have had several conversations with Alison from Porsche Teeside over the last few days. Alison has been very helpful in helping with my search. I have a Porsche dealership not far from where I live but I will now have no hesitation in travelling the 100 miles to Teeside to deal with Alison.

Had an issue with my heater and called the dealership. Chris told me he had a slot the following morning and I brought the car down for them to check the issue. He and the service team were really helpful, friendly and professional. They checked over all the general pointers for this kind of issue then careful asked what my exact experience had been before tailoring the approach to the problem. An hour later I was back on the road with a fully working heater system. Well done Chris and team.

I collected my new car yesterday from Porsche Teesside. I have dealt with Javid, from initially going to view cars, test driving different models to ordering last July. Javid has been exceptional throughout offering advice and keeping us updated on progress. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and it was refreshing not to have pressure put on to buy. I would definitely return to Porsche Teesside and would ask to deal with Javid again in the future. Can’t recommend him enough !!

Took Macan in for oil service & had the use of a loan car for the day-excellent.We were met by Chris Wilson from the service department,who was extremely pleasant,gave us a coffee whilst we waited for driving licences to be checked etc.Have used Teesside for the last 3+years & have always found them to be most helpful with any issues that we may have had with the vehicle.No complaints.
