From the moment I booked my training, the customer service experience was outstanding. I received a personal phone call to ensure I understood the course material and knew how to prepare before attending. I chose the face-to-face option because that’s how I learn best, and I’m glad I did.
From start to finish—and even after the course was completed—the team stayed in touch through both email and phone calls to confirm I was confident with the training and to check if I needed any help with my testing equipment. I ended up purchasing the Metrel PAT, my preferred machine, along with custom-made tags. The entire process was seamless.
I highly recommend this Test and Tag course. I’ll post a follow-up review in 6–12 months to see if this company continues to deliver the same exceptional level of service!

Always easy to order/reorder test tags. Only hiccup is delivery. Startrack do not even attempt to deliver to the home office, saying they couldn't which is total rubbish, instead they head straight to the local Aust Post Office and make no attempt to notify that parcel has been delivered. I have to actually track parcel myself for its whereabouts and location.
